Wow I am officially inlove 😍! Best Iced coffee ☕ I have had! This wil definitely become a becoming a regular stop of mine. They are very neat and clean with lots of places to sit and enjoy your coffee ☕. Overall Wembley square is a very nice place. And an extra star 🌟 for the super friendly dude behind the counter!

Staff are friendly however service was pretty slow. The barista had to be reminded that i was still waiting for my coffee as he was having a conversation with another customer however it was a pretty interesting conversation and she was also a customer so i will not blame him for this. The coffee was however weaker than what i am used to from otger Vida Cafes. I had a Cafe Mocha and it just wasnt as awesome as i remember it. There are other options in this mall who i will give a try next time as Knead Bakery is just opposite and looks awesome.

Best option for something quick after Virgin Active. The Asian restaurant next door was clearly uninterested in our business.

Worst cappuccino Ive had in years!!! They really are years behind in what constitutes good coffee!

Too many Vida,s in close proximity and this one has lost its mojo. The all boy crews now mixed but seems to not be working. There were noise complaints assume from other vendors in the space so the vibe is lost. Food is not yet a success but the coffees still stunning. Great manager but somehow a sad team. Have to ask for the free chocolates. The Vida app is fantastic as at least one franchise benefit at this site.

Special thanks to the guy named Wiseman - sorting out the morning zombie queue with impressive politeness and pace! Much respect. A queue of 6 people was sorted in may be 3 minutes.

Went past on a Sunday morning and ordered a Peanut Forca. The staff were moving at less than snails pace, and had a negative attitude toward one another. Was very clear they were not interested in giving good service to anyone. The only one who was friendly was the cashier.The Forca took about 10 minutes to be made during which plastic cups needed to be fetched form a store room as there were none on hand. The Forca itself was extremely poor quality and watered down. Terrible experience.

A quiet place to have a great cup of coffee ☕

Consider as my last option when I need a caffeine fix. You can find other way awesome coffees around, like Knead and Crossley & Webb coffee shop. Espresso have no body and watery taste. Foods are so-so.

Handy location for pre or post gym. Friendly service, nice seating.

Always friendly and quick service. What amazes me, is how after some time they remember the favourite choice of all the regulars.

Trying to get through to this branch (Wembley Square, Gardens)when you have a complaint is impossible. I have phoned countless times to no avail.I bought a banana & Almond bircher mueli for breakfast this morning. It is sour...the bananas are smetty & brown...totally disgusting. This should NOT BE ON THE SHELF!!! Getting to work and finding you cannot eat the breakfast you bought is most annoying & upsetting

Sometimes the coffee very cold but it only happens with certain staff...the males are so energetic lol..love it. .please open wembley gardens 6am hehe

Usually a good place to get a coffee at.If you want to sit down and write some emails you have to be able to ignore the really loud music (same playlist over and over!) and you have to be flexible with your order because they do routinely run out of ingridients for their smoothies. Space for improvement!
