Very very good nursery.Lively variety and a really good layout.The place doesnt feel too crowded even when there are lots and lots of people in it.We found some plants that were very very difficult to find elsewhere.Great friendly, helpful staff members and a solid knowledge of pretty much all the plants they sell.Highly recommended. This branch (and Stodels in general) is great.

When it comes to guarantees on plants and products Stodels is miles ahead of their competition. Its one think to have guarantees but another to honour them, but Stodels clearly runs their business on great values of integrity, honesty and sound ethics.

Absolutely amazing. The staff are competent and patient in advising you. I had no knowledge of gardening and wanted to green my pool patio and seeked the assistance of Stodels. The manager, Ahmed Dalvie and Djaria guided me through the process and have transformed my patio which has become the favourite area of my home....thanks to Stodels. Nothing is too much effort and they live up to their promise of the No questions asked guarantee I am most impressed. Sippe, Kyle, Julia, Mark and Pauline also helped make my Stodels experience very special! I highly recommend Stodels

Light and airy place, quiet corner despite being right inside the nursery. Choice of sofa or high-backed chairs at which to sit. Friendly staff and many choices for food. A polite request for more vegan/vegetarian options please? Highly recommended.

Sweet, kind, friendly service & the most delicious cappuccino Ive had in a long time. I dealt with two staff members & they were both professional & efficient. (Thankfully) The menu has grown since the last time I was there. The muffin & pancakes ordered were simply delicious.

The staff are super friendly, however, its quite a shame at how understaffed the restaurant/cafe is, orders take forever, and its not the waiter/staff fault, as there is usually only one person making the beverages, making the food, cleaning tables and taking orders ... Management really needs to learn how to run it properly, because it could be the perfect gem for pensioners, morning coffee catch ups or a quick break after gardening shopping. Missed opportunity really. 👎

Good plants but no cafe

Have some problems with my lemon trees so went along for advice. Spoke to Loyiso who recommended the products and also gave me some useful information. He seems very knowledgeable. So now I will have to see if it will work.

Great service

A wide variety of plants and gardening equipment. The staff are always available and willing to help. Becoming a member is highly recommended as you get a free plant monthly and loyalty point for every purchase.

I really wish the cafe was nicer, since the nursery itself is so lovely. However, the food here is always disappointing (think mircrowave heated) and the the service mediocre - it always feels like the waiters are serving in between doing other duties.

The garden section of Stodels Kenilworth is ok and the staff are mostly helpful.......But the restaurant/cafe is a disaster.... Everytime I go there is an issue, and the staff talk so loudly in yhe back. With the renovation it could become such a drawcard but management never get it right. Never again. The opposition are further away but worth the effort...

Im really disappoint at the bad experience my mother and I had at the Cafe. Glass was dirty, food was badly prepared, service was of amateur quality. Felt like the staff was brand new and didnt know what to do. We had a simple breakfast of bacon and eggs. Plate did not look appetising at all. Will not go back.

The servers are very friendly and happy to help. The coffee is delicious and the meals are homely. Thoroughly enjoyed being able to sit among so many plants and peoplewatch. There is also WiFi availability.

Reasonably priced. Good range of plants. All garden tools and pots available. Pet shop and coffee shop on site as well.

The store is well run with good service and the coffee shop is excellent with good meal prices.

Thank you for the ant infestation. I bought a Cape Honeysuckle plant from this branch about a week or two ago, only to find out a day later it was completely covered in ants, which have spread to the pots near it.

A place selling plants, trees, seedlings for friot and veg as well as seeds. Also fish for fishtanks and accesories. All the pots to plant and replant ur purchases in.Open till 5pm on a Sunday is a wonderful treat for garden lovers and those blessed with green fingers! A gardeners dreams come true at Stodels Nursery. Informed staff make the difference to ur shopping experience...and prevent u from making uneducated decision with regards to plants and gardening.
