The nicest looking Vida Ive been to for sit down

Covid protocols were very poor. Coffee was average. Sent a discreet DM to Vida re the protocols and they did not have the courtesy to reply.

The usual fast and efficient service. The coffee was great as usual and my toastie really hit the spot!The entrance is wheelchair accessible and parking is free in the little center.

Favourite vida.

I found the service lackluster and dismissive and was subjected to baristas choice of music playing loudly from his phone behind the counter. They also did not know the wifi password so could not load my app. Annoying experience!

The staff is mostly miserable and this vida e has NEVER given those little complimentary chocolates that all the other vida e caffes give.

Love coming here- Turnaround time for orders have always been quick, interior (kitchen and seating area) has always been immaculate, the coffee has never disappointed, and the cherry on top is always the staff... Incredibly enthusiastic, accommodating, and friendly- Always put a smile on my face :)

Staff are unfriendly. Always understocked / out of stock. Smoothies are not up to the Vida standard

Of all the Vida e cafés in the bellville Durbanville areas this is my favorite choice to sit down grab a wrap and a smoothy and sit and get some work done as its normal not very bsuy and service is quick and friendly. The wifi is fast enough to get some emails out and it has air-conditioning making it nice and cozy. If you need to stop for some work away from the office Id recommend popping in here.

Great little spot...

This was my local stop on my way to work but this morning i got some plastic in my filled croissant. Could not eat rest of croissant and handed it back.... received a sorry sir in response. Moral of the storie is i paid R30 for something could not eat.

Got very bad service at Vida Welgemoed, the staff forgot about our sandwich order. When queried we saw them sitting on their phones in the kitchen. They realised they forgot to make the order and then got it wrong without adding bacon to the sandwich. (Bacon egg and cheese was only egg and cheese). Hope to see an improvement in future.

Happy friendly service and good coffee....what more can one say....add in free wifi.....

I am loving this new Vida store so close to home. The staff greet you with a smile and are super friendly and helpful. Everything is shiny and new and the décor is simple and stylish. The coffee was up to usual Vida standards (always love their flavoured lattés).

R53 for a toasted sandwich!!! What a ripoff. You can have a proper breakfast next door at Ou Meul for the same amount.
