Choc PB smoothie was like a milkshake. Complained and not even an apology

Made an effort to drive to this Vida for a familiar coffee while walking the waterfront only to be disappointed that it closed 1hr earlier than stated on Google maps.

Lovely vibe. Efficient. Could be cleaner, but a good spot for a cuppa Joe!

Staff are not interested at being at work , rude to customers and make it seem like its effort for them to complete a simple coffee order.

Baristas are simply uninterested. Repeating issue at the V&A Branch: the WiCode scanner is often offline and takes weeks to fix (so don’t go with your Vitality rewards or even their own Vida app - you’ll likely be unable to pay). They just aren’t willing to put effort into fixing their own payment methods. Walked out unhappy more than I’ve walked out satisfied.

Brilliant service. We ordered incorrectly(our mistake) the manager and staff were extremly helpful and assisted us to rectify our order. Great service guys💪

European style café that does NOT have whipped cream!

Barista is an awful person. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and when it arrived it came with lettuce. I politely asked for them to remove it and the barista shouted at me and treated me really terribly. Never been put in this situation before and it was completely shocking. Worst service Ive ever received.

Convenient location for shoppers. Breakfast menu exclusive to waterfront branch. Nice generous helpings of toppings on breakfast croissants and sandwiches. Salads also decent value.

I bought a strawberry suppresa smoothie and to my suprise its tasting sour like something thats not suppose to be there was put inside. Tried to go and ask what he put now he says to me its probably my taste buds..what a waste of R44

Low GI roll was the worst we have ever had. Half the size, dry and tasteless. We eat at Vida 3 times a week in Durban and support the group however the V&A Waterfront Vida has been extremely disappointing

Service is always great, but Im not that big a fan of the franchises coffee. I stick with the fantastic hot chocolate.

Everytime I visit the experience becomes worse. Today after standing in the lunchtime queues I was told they don’t accept credit cards. Pointless, I will not go back
