Coming from Muizenberg we stopped at Brackenfell Mac Donalds, and after leaving and almost being home, I checked out my meal the burger was probably just thrown in the box broken and the role of my burgers was wet like coke fell on it. I was so disgusted and really not happy at all because this was my families lunch.Secondly my kids didnt even get the preferred sauce with these nuggets 😑Wors part is it was not that busy. Tried calling but it seems the number is a fax line.

Was my first experience using the new self-service order and pay point. You get to choose whatever you wish to order and pay for it without making contact with any staff member. The only time I had contact with staff was when they called me to hand me my order. There is a staff member on hand if anyone struggles to understand the new system. Staff are friendly and the food was fresh. An overall pleasant experience.

Customer service and food is ok... I know we all suffering and tired of lockdown and covid, etc but the staff always look tired and irritated. A simple thank you goes a long way!

After our awesome time on Signal Hill, we stopped off at Mac D Brackenfell. I only ordered hot drinks and waited almost 45 minutes, only received it when I went to enquire about my order. It showed busy preparing and then it disappeared. Well thanks to the young lady who just started her shift, who speedily attended to my concern and made sure I didnt wait any longer.

The restaurant was clean and quiet when I was there, service was quick, I had my food in minutes. I like that it was not crowded at all.

This is one of our favorite spots, this sometimes can become an issue.Ill tell you why, cause you so use to a certain standard and when they dont meet that standard, thats where things go sour.This space is really busy at times for obvious reasons.Keep up the good work and maintain your high standards.Thumbs-up if you agree and follow.Enjoy

This is the second time at this mcds where this happens. Got a butger without the burger on it. Pathetic. I will never buy there again. Tried contacting them about 10times and the number just ring and then make a fax sound. Pathetic will take this further.

Food was good quality and good Covid protocols adherence

Had a super great experience there! The restaurant was super clean and had ample covid precautions in place. Got the chilli cheese double, which is always a winner! R39 for a meal is incredibly affordable! Hoping they don’t get rid of the special any time soon! The aesthetic of the store was super great and the staff were helpful and the service was quick!

I would like to get the email address of this branch. I was there on Monday and had the grand chicken special. I was up vomiting that whole night, and felt sick the whole next day.

I am never going back to this place. I might as well have ordered take out from Spur, because it took 13 minutes for my big mac burger to come out. I only got it after I asked for a refund. The entire point of fast food is that it is fast. You have the laziest employees I have ever seen in a fastfood restaurant, just standing around.Edit: oh my god, the burger is cold.

Ordered from them today through mr D fir delivery. One double cheese burger was not in packet and I payed for it. Try the whole day to phone the branch but no one picked up the phone rings and go on a high pitch bleepibg tone. Not impressed

Please get another coffee machine for the morning rush. Ive been there twice in the past month and both times the service and waiting times were unacceptable. The first time we went through the drive-through and had to go and park and wait for three coffees and a hot chocolate. This was all we ordered. The second time I went in hoping it would be quicker. I waited 35min also for 3 coffees and a hot chocolate. I only got my order after I asked the lady whats going on. If I had not asked Id probably still be waiting. As far as I could tell there was one lady using one coffee machine which is not working for the morning rush. Wont be returning any time soon.

Tasty food just wish burger pattys had more meate.Also chips service is a scam they never fill the chips box. u give it a shake and you loose a third of your chips before you have eaten them.Same with coke or any drink take the ice out and its 40% full and then the price when it sarted was like R28 for a quatetyer pounder in 1999 now 24 years later the same meal costs R 75 like 300% more and i get ice and air between with some coke or chips.Really mac royal looks like a 1/8 pounder.

Waited for 45 minutes in drive through!! Hope they improve that! Drive through is supposed to be a fast service. Was not very impressed as we were late for our appointment elsewhere. Dont generally give businesses bad reviews but maybe that will give a room for improvement.

Was there on saterday staff not very interested in customers I spent almost 600 R pattys very dry cheers not being sanitizers when customers are leaving tables are just qwikly wiped staff noses are not covered more than one staff member and go look on your camera i was there roughly there just after 2 with 7 kidys and its not the first time I have experienced this

We usually use the drive through- on all occasions it has been rather slow...better to have a sit down meal inside.

The food was good. The reason i only gave them 3 stars is because their opening time is at 7am but they only opened at 7:10am. this seems to be a thing with MC donalds as this happens on a regular basis with the one at okovango crossing.

Absolutely terrible. Wasnt too busy. Ordered nuggets (with burgers), were made to wait outside. Waited 15 minutes outside, went inside and wow there our bag is waiting for us! We get it and oh, a burger is missing. The car behind us left about 7 minutes into this whole thing and they had nuggets. Strange..But we got our cold food now! Thank you mcdonalds ♡

The whole process was about 10 minutes and I was good with that.

My partner got a cold burger and my burgers rolls were hard. Got it replaced and then burgers were good. Then noticed tomato sauce sachets were sticky and covered in grime and old sauce.

Great Mc Donalds, place is neat and tidy. Very upmarket for a Mc Ds. Ordering is quick and efficient and they deliver your food to your table so we dont need to all wait at the collection counter.

A person gets to the point of no return when you realise you have waited too long just to give up and this is where I was at....I started to time, yes, stop watch, as I waited, and timed between 2 minutes to 2,5 minutes per vehicle and thinking back, 2 minutes per vehicle times 12 vehicles is 24 minutes waiting in the drive through, far too long.On top of that, when asking for a simple cheese burger and medium fries, I was asked .......do you want a cheeseburger meal.....Now, being having to wait so long, patience is running out and I get asked if I want a meal when I specifically asked for a cheese burger and med fries....NO, give me what I asked for, as simple as that.I also asked for a plain burger without garnishing, only to be repeatedly asked what kind of burger, well, maybe I got it wrong, but all my life, a burger is a hamburger, a cheese burger is a cheese burger and a chicken burger is a chicken burger and only after I explained to a second person that I don’t want a cheese burger or a chicken burger but a ham burger did the proverbial penny drop, hallo ah, a hamburger without garnishing!!!Not happy with the service.
