5 staff members, but it seems only one is trained to do everything which means the staff constantly need to ask for the manager to authorize everything. They are not even able to work the till themselves

Not helpful at all, I bought a snug micro charge cable within a month it gave me problems. I returned to the store they were out of stock and I was told to come back the following day and they didnt have stock even though I was assured they will have, Im not happy with your services I choose the Vodacom store because I know their service is the best but unfortunately the standard has dropped.

Tried calling this shop the entire day. No one answered the phone, is there anyone working in this shop? This shop needs to be managed better if no one can answer the phone.

Vodacom 4U store. When you go there, ask for Faried! I received such excellent service from this gentleman. Besides the fact that he is so knowledgeable about the products, he is also extremely pleasant and helpful. He is a very rare find in this day and age.

Vodacom still billing me for a contract that is expired, Im trying to get my money back, have been speaking to a Manager and still no luck. Worse company ever, I will never buy any of your products again.

Sun, 1 DEC. Worst experience ever. Tried to get an upgrade. Staff member who assisted was no help at all. Even though we knew exactly which phone we wanted. They didnt understand the deals. Then called the guy in charge who couldnt even speak english (and tried singing indian songs to my little sister in between helping us).

Awesome assistance by Zeenat and a hassle free visit. I had issues with my Huawei router but they had me sorted in a matter of minutes.
