Very rude and unhelpful consultants, they take forever to help you and are very slow and lazy. They treat customers like scum. Will avoid this branch at all costs, .It is worth driving to other branches such as Tyger valley or buying from takealot. If I could give zero stars I would.

The Google search page says the Vodacom shop at Parow Centre shuts 4PM on Sundays. Not true. I was there 2021-01-03 Sunday at 13:53 and the door was shut. The staff inside would not open. They just pointed to a sign at the door saying they close Sundays at 2PM (NB: NOT 4PM).

To be honest I really regret opening a contract with u guys cos I only got once my data and airtime..... And then every month end I leave the money in the bank but they dont withdraw the money but then I have to pay extra cos of them.... I really regret opening it cant wait for my for the other months to come so that I cant get done with this.... Now I have to pay extra I hate this I plan for everything and keep thr money in the bank but they dont take it everytime I must pay extra..... It was a big mistake to join use...

Damn wish I could give half a star or even no stars......I had the most unpleasant service at this store. I cancelled my contract with Vodacom afterwards. They wanted to come with nice talks and give me 10Gig data for my Bad experience but NO thank you. Nothing you guys do will ever take away this bad taste I have in my mouth for Vodacom. All thanks to you Guys......

Attendant (who was not wearing a name badge or a Vodacom shirt) was rude and clearly having a bad day which he felt was ok to take out on his customer. When I asked him to print my account he snapped at me and told me the system was down. When I asked if there was a specific phone in stock for me to do my upgrade he was incredibly irritated because he would now have to get up from his chair and look if the phone was in fact in stock. The service in this store can only be described as revolting!

No emplpyee offered to assist me while I was there clearly looking for something, was just standing around, not eager to help. Not impressed. Could train staff better on customer service etiquette.

Extremely bad customer service. I did not have a copy of my contract and they refused to look up my details and told me to call vodacom customer service as all copies of contracts are send to Vodacom HQ.Very rude when i tried to make a query into my account

If you are looking for time to waste then this is definately the place to be. Worst customer service I have experienced in a Vodacom store. I initially called the Call centre to do the Sim swap and coz someone picked up on the number, they reffered me to a Vodacom shop. The consultant, was the worst, first complaining about the time and didnt seem interested. She finally checked my number and confirmed there is a red flag on it and that she cant do the Sim swap.I explained that I have already spoken to them and they reffered me to the store and she blatantly said this was not the case. Called CC again and guess what.. I gotta get the Sim swap done in the store!!!!!Worst customer service, dont go there....

This Vodacom shop deserve a star for the worst service I have ever experienced. After waiting a while to be helped, one of the consultants that was busy with a customer called someone from the back to come and assist. This rude consultant called annelise waive me closer and was very unprofessionally gave me short vague answers (this lady had a “smart crew”-badge!) to my questions . She eventually couldn’t help me because the Vodacom system was down again.

Vodacom in Paarl Mall never disappoints. After waiting nearly 2 weeks for a device from Vodashop in town, Paarl mall sorted it out in a jiffy.

Poor service, bad manners and no etiquette. Left numerous messages for someone to assist in a full blown mess they did with the companies application. Took out the contract end of December, inception was supposed to start 01/02/2019. Struggled since then for the shops manager and his personnel to assist me. They approved a data deal for the company in December and when inception was suppose to take place they informed me that they gave us the wrong deal, the company did not qualify for this big deal. AND this was only mentioned to me after I phoned in querying why the sim is not activated! WOW

Any business is as good as their complaints. If I could give -100 to this store , I would go for -200. Staff is showing each other middle finger in full view of public. Manager is either to occupied to be attending to any complaint or query or plainly not there or not interested? and none of the staff is aware that Vodacoms previous customer care line was 082 155 and have now changed to 082 135. And although the customer care line is more than capable to assist you and explain that no charge will be given, Vodamcom Paarl Mall will take up the challenge to prove them wrong. Cell C on the other hand was more than helpful with my Vodacom problem and capable for any challenge I presented them - Cell C gets a plus 1000!

I would give -1 stars if I could, the service is incredibly bad and I’ve been waiting from October 2017 for an Apple Watch. When I phoned to enquire about the phone the lady was incredibly rude and put the phone down on me, the same lady refused to give me her name and on my second call she put the phone down on me again.
