UPDATE:Even more shocking service, got a call - now I must update what I was on which was +-R74 p/m to R179 p/m? Daylight robbery. Completely forcing me onto something I dont want without any notice. Great way to reward loyal customers. Now I have been passed onto another department who will get back to me later today or tomorrow. Its been a week - multiple calls! SHOCKING service. Will be going to as many social media platforms as I can.Edit - Still waiting for Cell C to get back to me - 4 days later! ShockingWas happy on a contract. Cell C tells me it has to move me to another and now cant make phone calls as new contract is a Top up and not a open line. In the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic - phoning family is critical and essential, now I cant. Told I must now do a manual top up. Shocking. Also told it takes 3 business days to move to open line - cant tell me the cost implication. Shocking service. Also cancelled a 5gig R400 data bundle in July - but still charged for it in August. Throwing away my money - not in use. Literally wasting and throwing away R400. Absolutely poor service.

All calls made are international - please call call centre. very expensive incompetent service - poor call centre. security questions about how much charged, when, last call made. this phone is not charged with R5 for data every time the coin is there. number gets disconnected and nullified when so called security questions about last calls made cannot be answered after x times phoning call centre. incompetent management and company and going down,€ taking bread of tables? too late cellc - shame on you

This is one of the worst cellphones services. I cancel my wii fii contract in November on the phone and email Ntombi to cancel but no replay and because I pay and almost never hade services a gave a months notice and then I still have to pay in Jan 2020 for something that was canceled. You have to think twice before using C Cell it is cheap but cheap is not always the best use expensive cellphone services and get better product

I have called their call centre because my Fibre isn’t working, they don’t answer their phones at all. I have sent emails to their so called Fibre support and not even one response. Cell C is the worst service provider ever, I would never refer anyone to use them. Terrible service all round. Whoever is reading this and wants to take a cell c contract, DO NOT DO IT!!!!

My iphone 8 we in for repairs at Westgate mall..now it needs to be replaced but no feedback or contact from the manager Phillip.. this is unpleasant knowing I must get a replacement but no customer service acknowledgement.. how do I escalate to get an iphone

Cell C need to jack up their system, I have been to the head office in Cape Town and called the help line many times... (at my cost) and no change. I have gone on to helo peter as well. Nothing. They still get it all wrong. Not worth calling regional office, I just get diverted to the call center anyway.. Really peeved! If I could post a zero star rating, I would.

Where do i begin.Been wanting to upgrade my contract to a month to month data simonly initial call was on the 20 june because my contract ends on the 22nd june.Spoke to a lovely lady name Dudu molefe who assured me that i would have a 40 gig data simonly contract on a month to month basis split into 20gigs day and 20gigs night time data for R299.(Bare in mind that have these call recordings,because this isnt the first time i get effed around by cellc)I then received a contract subscriber agreement sent to me via email and low and behold i have been put onto a smart data package for 10gigs (smart data 10gig)I then called up and spoke to Merilize Swarts (6min call)I explained everything to her and she said she would look into it and call me back. I couldnt attend to the call because i myself work in a call centre and can only speak on breaks.I then called again through and the gentleman let me speak to Dudu again - she then advised me that Merilize upgraded my plan and put me onto a 24 month contract and sent out a router. Furious i was because i had not agreed to that while speaking to merilize. Dudu assured me yet again she will resolve this and listen to the call and get back to me.Failed to call me i then spoke to merilize again who said i need to first send router that i had not requested back that was sent to address where my parents live... Calls from ram to have the handset returned .Fuming i called to speak to a manager and spoke to ladies who refused to allow me to speak to one placed the call on hold and dropped the line.Called again spoke to a manager who said he will sit next to The agent (merilize ) and have her call me back.. She did and advised she cant do anything unless they recieved the item back to them.Emails from merilize asking what plan i should be on emailed back and confirmed which number she should call me on. And still no call back.All i wanted was more data.All i wanted was to upgrade my contract.And right now i just want my contract cancelled.And something for the inconvience that has been caused by your agents by me having to call back and the rude and por service that i have recieved.
