Came in to Vodacom this morning. No help at ALL. No one even greeted or acknowledged that I was waiting to be helped. Lady who I was sent to wasnt even willing to assist me. No options given, doesnt seem like they want to make sales. Cellular City opposite is MUCH better! Dont waste your time at this shop.

We visited the store on a Sunday morning and were helped by Giovanni. He was pleasant, very helpful and resolved our issue quickly. Great service.

I visited this shop to ask about a problem I was having with my phone. On entering the shop there were two consultants busy with customers. Neither looked up or greated me. After waiting about 4 minutes the one consultant got up and went to the staff door but only stuck her head inside but I couldnt hear what she was saying.However I could hear voices coming from there. She then returned to her desk without saying a word. After another 3 minutes of standing waiting I gave up and walked out. But I promised myself I will never return.Another totally peed-off customer

If it were possible to give them zero I would. This store in particular should get looked at for its poor customer service.Ive been trying to port my number for the past 6 months! And every time I get a different story. Do these people even know their jobs. Every time my plan keeps getting changed (in order to port my number) and it gets more and more expensive and yet I am still sitting with the same number.Do yourself a favor and go to the Telkom shop across the aisle. These fools at Vodacom will just waste your time and money. Cant wait for my contract Vodacom to expire. Never again!

The worst vodacom shop I ever visited.I went to them to update my new banking details, wow..never send it off and had to pay penalties. I went back to the store and the pulled up their shoulders...unprofessional idiots
