My phone is as good as new! Small typo on an email address costs you a delay. They didnt mind me bugging them the whole time about the status of my phone.

The lovely people at the Real Repair Company went out of their way to get the spare part for my phone and repair it. The other place said it would take 5 to 10 days. The Real Repair Company had my phone sorted in 3 hours! Extremely grateful!

Simple, easy experience and my phone went from being almost unusable to brand new in the space of one hour. Also far more cost effective than WeFix.

An Ipad needed to be restarted as the incorrect pin was used too many times by a 5 year old who got hold of the Ipad. We were quoted R250 for this and I requested that we did not need information reinstalled and I would start the Ipad as new. I was asked for my Apple ID and password, which I wasnt comfortable giving. I received an email to collect the Ipad and that it was ready, but. was due to pay around R1700 (!) for the service. We collected the Ipad and paid the quoted R250, however the Ipad was not checked although the repair company had the old entry pin and it wont hard reset or return to home screen after an app is opened. Certainly arent taking it back. to this store. The manager was quote offish with my staff.

Very easy and quick service to an affordable rate. Got a battery replacement for my iPhone 6 and it was done within an hour. Total recommendation for everyone out there!

My experience is VERY BAD!I brought in my ipad and you told me you can fix the cracked screen (but still working) in 24 hours. After one week it was not ready to collect. Than when ready, i came to collect it and the screen was YELLOW and not WHITE as before. It was not glued properly and was literally walling from the ipad it self.The staff told be that its normal. So i asked to remove the very bad work and give me back my ipad. The result is an even more broken screen and a not usable ipad. It wont turn on because they literally destroyed the screen and parts of the ipad and refused to fix it back.So the result is that I brought in a working ipad and I came out with a broken one. Not a great deal. I argued with the staff but none cared about the situation.

I brought my iPhone 6s for a battery replacement. The battery was replaced without fault, however the service technician claimed that the phone had been tampered with previously and that the fingerprint touch no longer worked. In addition to this, the home button did now not work at all. After reminding them that they actually replaced the screen about 13 months before, they eventually fixed the home button but not the thumbprint reader. My phone was fully functional before bringing it to them. Very poor service, I will never use this shop again.

Ever since I brought my iPhone for a battery placement and iSight camera repair it started freezing unless I press on it hard at the back. It’s like something is loose inside and needs you to press heavily. Camera is excellent though.😔

Shocking the technician and shop handed me back my phone in worse condition than when I handed it in. I should have taken it to an apple mac affiliated unknowingly as my wife handed it in for me only to find out the store is not affiliated with apple even with the name as the apple doctor again iv been cond by a shop that portrays to be something it is not in a shopping centre that is well known for good service and quality goodsSo to apple uses be warned they not affiliatedWith apple mac another phone bites the dust.Not cool.

Apple doctor in Gardens Centre had our macbook in store for 3 days to replace a crashed hard drive. Initially we were told they will order the part and it takes 3 hours to replace. 3 days later..still unable to give us an estimated timeframe on when we can expect the part.(if you call them on the number on the website it goes to voicemail most of the times) So we actually had to go to the store twice to get feedback. Upon expressing our frustration with their inability to give us an accurate timeframe on the repair. The technician placed our machine on the table and gave us the BEST advice Maybe you should take it somewhere else. We did. REFIX in strand street helped us in an hour while we waited.
