Not very friendly staff, very rude people, that honestly just rush you to get out the store. They don’t seem to interested in making sales, nor do they seem to know what they’re actually doing.

I have had a bad experience in this shop they deserve 0.0 🌟 all thanks to one of their staff members (Kasmeer) her attitude stink .

Rubbish service. The sales person will lose interest in you after one or two questions. They do not understand their own cellphone offers in their cataloug!

Have been trying to call for hours everyday for about a week I think and I never get an answer, when we were there they were all standing by the door making it seem like an inconvenience that were there!

Staff are too busy chatting to help! Nothing can be done to help at store level. Shocking service.

Hi Team. Not great service at all from your shop in Canal Walk. Unfriendly service in store firstly. Assistant asked me to email documents after my visit - non of my emails has been attended to. Very bad experience.

Overall Id say this has been the best Vodacom experience Ive ever had. Vodacom in Kollonade is by far the worst and if only I had known of the friendly staff, well spaced and adequately staffed vodashop... I have a upgrade I had a problem with the upgrade since the day I took it out and from that day until today its three months and none of the vodacom customer care service people from canal walk century city has come back to me whatsoever,, the service is unexplainable it is not up to date and I am not happy at all

The absolute worst service ever! from the manager Kasta to the service manager Kenneth! Please do not make the mistake of ever dealing with these people. We have handed in a phone on the 5th of June. They keep lying to us about waiting for parts. The manager gave me his word that the phone will be ready on Sat. No surprise there phone was not ready ! same excuse we are still waiting for parts. Terrible experience. Stay away!! They mess up and you end up paying for their mistakes. I took me more than 2 months to get a problem on their side sorted out while having frequent times where I could not use my phone. To make matters worse, I have to pay for that time. Meaning I am paying for a contract while not being able to use it... Thanks Vodacom in Centurion Mall... You are the absolute worst business I have ever had to deal with.

Ive been on hold forever, just wanted to check if youre still open.

I have been here twice for a data bundle. The service is ok but both times I walked in I had to actually approach an employee asking for support rather than being asked for help, even though they have way too many people working here, where over half of them seemed free each time.By the way this branch is actually inside the mall, so even for a 5 minute visit like mine you will have to be inconvenienced by getting a ticket for parking and paying for it on the way out. (The location and this inconvenience did not have an affect on my 3-star rating of this location).

Excellent service

This is the worst vodacom shop I have ever visited. They have very limited stock. When you enter the shop, the staff are just sitting around, playing on their phones and you have to ask for assistance. Their attitude is disgusting and their lack of customer service needs to be addressed.
