I would like to commend the staff at the Telkom Kiosk Eerste Rivier. My experience was very satisfying and professionally handled. All my questions were answered honestly and the advice given, prompted this review.I recently wanted to cancel my router contract and move to a different ISP, due to being retrenched I would not be able to afford the Telkom service. I was told that they would not like to lose a good client, yet proceeded to give good and accurate advice on how to proceed with the cancellation. I was advised about the fees involved and the amounts that would still be outstanding.Why this is important is that I could make an informed decision about the cancellation and felt that I was not being bullied into keeping the account.On a separate occasion, I wanted a simple sim swap. This always seems a simple process in theory. Guy helping was efficient and was clearly adept at this task, but then ran into some technical difficulty with reception. He was professional in handling this as he immediately explained the situation and proceeded to explain what to expect after the Sim swap was complete. Giving the waiting periods and when to expect the activation of the Sim, this made waiting bearable enough.The staff at this kiosk proves that excellent customer service is possible and one feels comfortable returning there for any question you might have.Next just walk pass and greet them, you will receive a friendly hello and a big smile.
