Very poor customer service I have done sim swap more than once at different malls but when I went to them the co loured lady was asking me the very same questions which I failed at the call center but the call center referred me to them saying that they will help me BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY ASK ME THE VERY SAME QUESTIONS WHICH I WAS ASKED IN THE CALL CENTER WHICH IS CONFUSING BECAUSE WHEN I LAST DID MY SI SWAP THEY ONLY ASKED FOR AN AFFIDAVIT AND 5 LAST CONTACTED

Absolutely useless. They promised last week they will have stock in today so when I phoned in earlier to double check the devices I want is in the guy confirmed yes absolutely. I get there and (Surprise, surprise) sorry they are out of stock even though promises were made that today stock will be delivered . This is starting to make me feel as if Cell C is forcing me to take a device THEY want. Its time I make a switch to another provider.

Totally useless been calling your Zevenwacht branch non stop they cant answer but when you in store there are so many of them just standing around i miss Shannon that was working there he always gave you quick response and helped efficiently with any query the bunch of clowns you employed now needs to go back to the circus where they come from

Amazing customer service

Very poor unproffesional service. Male consultant laughed out customer that did not understand a question from another consultant. The answer I got after asking in Afrikaans if he can help me was an abrupt speak English. When I complained about the unproffesional service, he clearly understood Afrikaans and bragged about understanding 8 languages. Directly after this he started rambling at me in an African language to the amusement of his colueges that understood him. When I asked for his name and the name of the manager they said no, they can not help me. They were of no asistance at all with the cell c problem I had.

Bought a nokia 5 few months ago needless to say i didnt want insurance then the guy of cell c said take it,Now the phone got stolen i want to claim they coming up with stories the sim card has to be in the phone if it got stolen,i brought my contract with and the guy coudnt direct me anywhere it wasI feel like this is unfair

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Offer no help. Just tell you to phone the call centre

Woooow what a service, everything was done in just 15 minutes. My assistant was Shannon, he is very friendly. At the I lost my phone, I was so grumpy and down, Shannon made jokes to me and when I left the shop, I was me again. Thanks to cell c.
