Conway has been so incredibly helpful. He went beyond the extra mile in terms of ensuring I got the most beneficial package according to my use. He also saw there was a number/contract that had expired 2 years ago for a nominal fee that I was wasting money monthly so I could make a decision to streamline the contracts I have and be cost effective. He ensured my new device was set up with all the right settings as well as making sure all my information from the old phone was safe transferred to my new device. Conway is a wonderful man with a compassionate heart and so helpful with the nightmare I had with the cancellations department. This use to be a store whom I praised for their fast and efficient service, however this unfortunately isnt the case any longer. Its clear as daylight that Humpty Dumpty in his little corner is the hold up, therefore causing his poor fellow colleagues to run around like headless chickens trying to assist all clients in the queue at a particular time.

They say let you pay but you get no Data because of a mistake. They say we will correct it but it needs an hour.Still nothing. NEVER AGAIN! Support desk can not help. All must be done in a shop. Do they charge there phone with tourists money? (It feels like this)

We started off on rocky ground but then luckily got to work with Gavin who really was incredibly helpful! This store used to be the best in the country, their staff were empowered, capable and motivated to fix any problem. I would drive for 45 minutes to get to this store. A few years ago they downsized and moved across the road into the Cape Quarter. The change has been startling...staff are now disinterested, demotivated and ill-informed. As an example, today I called the store 5 times to ask a question, but nobody could be bothered to answer the phone. It is time for me to move on..

My experience in this store was outstanding. As I walked in, I was attended to by the friendly Venecia, who assisted me with the upgrading of my business accounts. Her understanding of my needs and attention to detail made my visit pleasant and rewarding, and left with a smile and a smarter contract layout. Gavin and Lesley from cape quarter have provided me with exceptional service...They are the most helpful vodacom employees I have ever come accross over the years and I have been to MANY vodacom shops!!!

I thought I was dealing with a professional Sales Team - I was quoted R4999.00 on a Samsung A30 but as there was no stock I was referred to the Blue Route Mall where I was first quoted R5299.00 for the same phone. They agreed to honour the Cape Quarter quote and I purchased two phones thinking I was getting the best deal. This morning I find out that Vodacom are running a special on the phone for R4299.00 and when I addressed this with the Blue Route Store I was told I should have done my homework before making the purchase and that they honoured the Cape Quarter quote. I had to make two additional trips to the Blue Route Mall as the Sales person did not inform me I had to do a Sim Swap. I tried calling to find out what I needed for the Sim Swap but you cannot get through telephonically!

If you trying to buy just an accessory DONT, you could wait an hour as 3/4 people working there deal with phone issues! Their landline number DOES NOT EXIST!!

Simply the worst experience ever. Unhelpful and disinterested. Papers lying everywhere. There was a customer behind me and two open counters but the staff were chatting. You would be better off paying for the bus to take you to Joburg to get service. I certainly walked away without being assisted.
