Worste service ever!!! Waited a month for a out of box fault replacement! Following a year handed in my phone elsewhere for repairs as it was insured....only to find out that they linked the wrong Sim to the phone and not covered.... Its been more than a month and still without a phone. One can never get hold of them and never phone you back.The only person at this shop that is helpful is Wesley the rest including the manager is absolutely shocking!!! Wish I never had a contract with them. Try to stay away as far as you can from this branch

If there was an option for a 0 star, that would be my pick, they never answer the phone, and we have been waiting for a confirmation email for a few hours now, and the guy who assisted me, assured me that we will receive the email within 10 min. I have tried calling over 10 times but still no answer.Vodacom and their service delivery is absolutely pathetic!

Horrific Service with Vodacom Table Bay Mall. We physically went in this store to cancel our contract in January. Yet, despite this and best promises from the agent we will still billed in March & April to the tune of R6400. Any attempts at rectifying this is met with a circular blame shift. HORRIFIC THIEVES!!!

I received the worst service from Vodacom4U in Table Bay Mall. My phone was stolen two weeks ago and I lodged a claim with them. A week later I still havent heard back so phoned your insurance department and they told me that they did not recieve a claim. Then I had to go back and sit there while they lodged the claim while talking to your insurance department on the phone. Then they told me that my phone is out of stock and that it will be there on Monday. Having heard nothing from them this week I wnet there again as they do not answer their phone, just to be told that the phones are still not in store and it could take another three weeks. I made the perso I was dealing with phone his manager and then he said that it will be there next week. It is difficult for me to believe him due to my experience with the shop over the last two weeks. I also lodged a claim for my shop assistants phone that was stolen in February and they still havent sorted that out either. It is unacceptable that I have to pay my insurance every month on time, but the day I need it, Im met with pulled up shoulders and told that theres nothing you can do. This is fraud and should be addressed. I paid my insurance, there should be a much higher level of willingness to help that I am currently experiencing.Just a warning to rather deal with Canal Walk or somewhere else. The service is atrocious!

No thanks. The guy said hed call, he never called and on top of that, when we call, they hang up immediately, and then disconnect the line. Am i ever gonna get my phone? Who knows.
