I spent so much time here getting the new eSim, only to be told that I could not use it for my intended purpose after the transaction had been concluded. I think Telkom needs to invest more in their sales staff wrt product knowledge

I visited the store to take out a contract on Saturday and then returned with my mom on Sunday purely because the service was so great. Another branch is closer and more convenient for us but we will be going out of our way to use Cavendish because the service was just that great, everyone super friendly, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile! Super happy customer!

A HUGE thank you to Thabied De Vries at the Cavandish store branch for helping me close my Late Fathers Account. Thank you so much for your professionalism, understanding and patience and also having the knowledge of the business that allowed you to assist us as a family correctly.My dad passed away on the 22 Feb 2021 and it was a nightmare getting his telkom account closed. I went to Telkom direct store in KC to inform them about his passing the same day we got the death certificate. Gave them all the information and paperwork, what a waste of time going to that telkom branch.Telkom handed my dad over for missing his very first payment, as his account was frozen (obviously) months later we had to pay penalties etc and nobody could assist us not even the hand over company telkom used and Im still waiting for them to get back to me.I then took a try again with telkom and called the Cavandish store, Ashraf answered and helped me over the phone an basically informed me on how to sort out this whole mess. My mom went into the store and Thabied assisted us to the very end.Once again Thabied De Vries, We appreciate everything and your service was of high quality. Thank you very much.

Amazing services, spoke to Ashraf over the phone yesterday who kept aside a phone i wamted. Came in today and he sorted me immediately, i spent no longer than 15min.Fantastic services, definitely my new favorite store. And the music is amazing, all the oldies and sing alongs. Well done Telkom.

Really great experience at this store. The store has all the COVID19 protocols in place which allows for a safe environment and pleasant visit. The store assistants were so pleasant and patient. I came to the store, late one evening with the urgent need for a new phone and was lucky enough to have Nasief assist me with opening a new contract. He was extremely helpful and answered all questions asked. The store also has a great playlist with many sing alongs while youre being assisted. Overall great experience at this store. Efficient and great service! Will only be going to this store for my future Telkom queries.

Went there this morning to sort out a billing issue that Ive had for months that Telkom call centres couldnt solve and less than 5min the manager Ashraf sorted out the issue. Definitely my new favorite store Ill always be going too.

Very happy so far with my service at telkom. Took a contract cellphone out about 3 months ago. The people who assisted me were very friendly and helpful. Especially the african lady who hands the ticket to you at the door, very friendly and had such a great chat with her. Getting my cellphone contract was quick and easy and I would highly recommend Telkom.

This morning I planned to visit a Telkom Store and when I looked at the reviews of the Blue Route store, I opted to visit the Cavendish Store.Phew, was I glad that I made that choice. I also met another customer there who said that they had received terrible service at the Blue Route store the previous.I had received excellent service from Denzil Liebenberg, he handled my queries and termination of services with such efficiency and I left there a happy customer.Now I wait to see if what he submitted online (with case numbers) will be dealt with in the same manner on the other side.I live in hope.

This is my first negative review in the past 10 years or more. Dont buy anything unless youre 100% sure about it. They dont accept any returns? Went and bought a charger and needed to return it having not opened the box at all and with all relevant reciepts. They dont tell you this in any form by word of mouth or paper. Pretty messed up. They cant resolve a pretty basic return process.

I think the call centres and online support are hopeless so people try to get things done in person. But this place is Express so they dont do the kind of stuff they did when they were in Cavendish. The staff are great this is a management issue. Also the hours are stupid people are at work or in traffic most of the day this place needs to be open before 7 am and after 7pm, you can off when the computers are offline as they regularly are. That said every person I have dealt with were great, blame for most of the complaints should be on the should of upper management.

Telkom service is pathetic, I went to inquire my sudden increase in my bill and they turn me away saying they not there for that purpose, they didnt even attempt to help me. funny thing i took my contract out by Telkom... Issue still not resolved, i guess Telkom is just there to take our MONEY. My advise avoid Telkom completely not just the branch itself. they are totally useless

If i could give a 0 rating for this store i would! My colleague and i purchased a mifi mobile 4g device from this store. The sim card that was allocated to us was supposed to have 2GB of data loaded onto it but after 24hrs no data and no internet. I then had to visit another Telkom store as the Canvendish store is a further distance away from where we work. The sim card that was sold to us does not have the promised 2GB and further to that the sim card was not even registered as a Data sim! Yet we purchased a data device!

Usual pathetic service. Get there at 9:30 on a Sunday but they only open at 10:00 - go for a coffee and come back at 10:10 - 3 other people being served and nothing happens for 15 minutes whilst they try assist the first 3. Then get told this is for mobile only and not ADSL for home. Serious brand issues - just call one Telkom mobile and the other Telkom land.....both are useless but at least we can be standing in the correct queue.

Worst service ever. No answer when you call their landline number provided by Cavendish, no answer when you call their contact number provided on their website, no answer to emails, no answer even once Telkom Call Centre has contacted them requesting to contact you. Just utterly poor service I have ever experienced with any company to date. Absolutely appauling. I would give zero stars if it were possible.

Very very bad service 3 times went in store for my number that has been port automatically to MTN and I just got suddenly a new number in my phone and when I went in store all the times they said I must wait for 48 hours then after 2 days again I go to store same story and stuff service is more terrible than Telekom service. Very bad stuff experience...Dont try to say we will assist better in future or try to be change bcz you guys cant just weasting ppl time.

Worst customer service experience. Cancelled my contract with the service provider and received an email stating I would receive feedback within 21 business days. No contact was made even after the said date. Went into store to query and showed the email but the excuse is they were not trained with the same terms and I should contact the call center. What is the point of having a walk in store if not to engage with customers to try and assist them. At no point did the agent ask for a reference or account number to follow up and try to assist in some way. Pathetic. Beyond annoyed.

A 24 hour activation period of an LTE package was promised. That was on Monday at 3pm it is now Thursday 10:30am and nothing. No one at the store is answering the phone, to try and resolve this issue.

Firstly, I went into the store to upgrade the data contract I already had with Telkom Mobile. After filling in my application and submitting it, I was advised I would be contacted within 72 hours. It took 6 weeks for them to finally contact me and approve my planned upgrade.Obviously after the service I had just received, I decided to cancel my contract all together. It was a month-to-month data contract so it could be cancelled at anytime. I filled in TWO cancelation forms and visited the store on THREE occasions to make sure it was cancelled and numerous staff members advised me that it was indeed cancelled.However, here I sit 2 months later and Im still being invoiced by telkom for the same contract which I had cancelled.The store has no management and the staff members are incompetent.I would highly advise that telkom consider replacing the manager Jade Beerie as she basically doesnt work there.
