DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! They are very rude and Unprofessional.I took my phone to Experimax Tygervalley for a battery change and they damaged my working iPhone!!!The manager (Nicole) is very rude and Unprofessional and the technician (Hishaam) screamed and shouted at me when I told him that he damaged my phone.

Bad customer service while being ripped off - do not recommend.Technician told me that my entire MacBook screen needed to be replaced for R12k and gave me no other options. I left to find a second and third opinion. Turns out it was just the LCD ribbon that needed replacing so I had it done elsewhere for R2k.

Iphone repair booked in and advised that a screen needed replacement. The fault that was clearly explained persisted, and they insist that theres nothing wrong with the phone. Not the kind of service one expects from this type of company.

Excellent and efficient service!My iMac switched off while I was working - and when I tried to switch it on again there were yellow lines all over my screen.We went to Experimax Canal Walk for repair advice. Their technicians were happy to help. Sadly, my iMac has seen its last days.So I then purchased a new iMac from Experimax and it works perfectly!I couldnt be happier with the great service we received!

Absolutely love the guys over at Experimax, my MacBook stopped charging because the port was a bit faulty or dirty as well as the charger itself. Experimax repaired my MacBook port and provided me with a MacBook charger at an amazing price! This took about 5-10 minutes, thanks guys!

We urgently need help when one of the our iMac stopped working after a power surge. Experimax did an assessment in the morning and informed us it was the hard drive which had packed up! They were able to replace the hard drive and update the software for us all in the same day to get us up and running again. Awesome service - Thank you for repairing my iMac

Visited this tore yesterday for some help with my old Macbook Air. Really quick and helpful staff managed to help me easily, and point me in the right direction where they couldnt. I also considered buying a 2nd hand computer (trading in) but eish, competitive pricing... ;)

Very good telephonic service and helpful advice.

My macbook pro was having a problem of not connecting to wifi. The technician said it was my wifi card. I was happy about the quick services and collected my mac. After home I found wifi was still not working. I went back, then the technician said it was the cable of the wifi card also faulty, it needs to be replaced too, and they do not have the stock. That was weird. So i went to another repairer to get the cable. The other company showed me the wifi cable was fine, and it was solely my motherboard, which was a very common issue. He fix the problem right away. Stay away from this company. Apparently it does not know how to fix a simple wifi issue.

I bought a MacBook from the Paarl store (which is a 50 minute drive from me) when I started having problems with the charging cable the staff at the Canal Walk branch replaced my charger, checked it wasn’t the port, communicated with the Paarl store and even went as far as to check my computer with IStore technicians...none of which they had to do because they’re an independently owned franchise who technically had no obligation to me; but they were being kind so that I didn’t have to drive all the way back to Paarl. This was all done free of charge. Really appreciate the service I received from Stefan, the manager, he went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved and I was happy. Thank you.
