Richard Jafta (manager) is awesome. I struggled with transport from the busstop to Bidvest but he arranged for a pick up and delivery after giving back the car after the rental. Very happy with the overall service from the guys at the branch. Super friendly and helpfull. The car rental of choice for everytime i need a car. Also got the best rental deal from them out of all the car rental options....

Excellent service and assistance from the moment I called Bidvest to the moment I gave the keys of the rental car back! Richard really went out of his way to assist me in my hour of need when my car went in for emergency repairs. I highly recommend Bidvest.

Friendly staff, neat car and easy handling of paperwork. We had no problem at all - the only thing you have to notice is that it might take up to 14 working days to release the deposit if you rent using an international credit card.

The staff is especially helpful and friendly. I did a wrong reservation (date mixup) and still got the car on the day I initially wanted. Rented more than 3x times now and never had a problem. My first address for renting a car in Stellenbosch.

The staff were friendly and professional, the car was in great condition and everything went smoothly with the booking.

Place is in the corner and very small..they need like a big signage to make it more visible.
