A good company, no problems arose, they were met at the airport, the deposit was returned in full, but in cash in rand at the airport an hour before departure. The deposit of 5,000 rand was withdrawn from the debit card, but they could not return it back - according to the manager of the company, their terminal can only transfer money to credit cards. As a result, I was charged R5,000 from an ATM at the airport. Departure was on December 25, on Christmas Day, all banks at the airport were closed. I had to change money in Moscow at an unfavorable rate. Require a deposit to be left in cash in $, so as not to get into such situations.
