Difficult to find but its inside the toyota/Lexus but customer service was great

This is a AMAZING place to visit. As you enter you are greeted by friendly staff. Very helpful. Place not to big. Very clean and fresh. The staff friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to assist you. If you want to rent a car please visit their place.

Happy with the condition of the car but the rank was not full not sure if they were aware and I only notice it after leaving them.

Still waiting for the refund and they took extra money off my account. I sent an email and they asked me to call the landline...... still waiting for them go call me back!Not hapy

Such fantastic service with a smile. There really is nothing better than AVIS. The rest leave alot to be desired. AVIS is so helpful and always courteous to customers I literally cant use the rest.

I am already trying to get an explanation since beginning of may ( month and a hlaf ) about some money that avis misscalculated and took extra from my credit card, but Mrs. Berther which is working there answerd me already on two emails two weeks after I sent them with an explanation that she is taking care of it and hasnt done anything ever since! This ist unprofessional, this is a dissrespectful act where with all energy and effort I am trying to find out the most basic information and cant because of somebodys sloopy working manners.

Avis is great.. my 5 star choice for the 4 year in a row now. The stellenbosh staff are really great and the pickup was a matter of 15 minutes

This branch has absolutely over charged me. Not only have they charged roughly double the price on my booking, but they have charged over 50% more than what I signed for on the contract, and there was no damage to the vehicle, and it was returned full. They literally upped the daily rate. I will be taking this up with the head office, and take my future business to another firm.

Due to really bad service and an incompetent employee called Hubert at the Avis Paarl Branch I am being charged R2200+ for damages that a previous client is responsible for. Bertha the manager at Paarl/Stellenbosch would rather ignore my calls than deal with the situation. If this is how Avis/Budget deals with all its clients then I guess I’m just wasting my time... Sadly, no good will come of this and I believe Avis/Budget will lose a lot more than R2200+ in the long term

Two times we rented a car there. Everything worked fine and they have a friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly effecient service

Their service only lasts until you hand back the car. They havent completed my invoice yet and it has been more than a week. Cant get hold of them to follow up and this also keeps them from having to pay back the deposit. Pathetic continued customer service
