I wish to thank the staff on duty at Capital Car Hire (Cape Town International Airport) last night (05/05/2019). I must say that because your staff were so helpful and friendly i will definitely only use Capital Car Hire in the future. My own vehicle would not start due to a flat battery. I approached your staff on duty for help. They were so accommodating and friendly without hesitation they found a jump-lead and assisted me to get my car started. The kind gentleman whom assisted us turned a very stressful situation into a very happy situation with his kindness. A HUGE THANK YOU.

I’d sooner walk than use these thieves. Absolutely shocking company to deal with. They employ thieves and then try to pass on the theft to their customers. Wouldn’t show me cctv they say they had of my husband pocketing money they said we owed which we had a receipt for. Avoid avoid avoid.

Terrible experience. I had made a booking through their website 6months prior to arriving. On the day of arrival i went to the front desk to be told my booking was never received and they dont have any cars available in the same class I had booked. They did not try to assist me with a similar priced car. Very disappointed .

Really good service, Nabeelah at front desk and Steve the car inspector were awesome, we were able to hire two cars for our group and they were really helpful in picking the right cars for us.I would most definitely recommend them.

There is a different rate for Black walkins and white walkins. For example just a few minutes ago (23rd December 2017) i walked in at the Cape Town international office beside Tempest offices and a colored lady attended to to me and told me the daily rate was R450/day which i was okay with. I came back a few minutes later to book the car abd there was an Indian guy (likely to be the boss) and the story changed to just a minimum of 5 days since they dont have cars. Meaning if u want a car for 3 days u still have to pay for 5 day rate. I then told him i wont proceed with the transaction.I stepped aside and a white family stepped in and they were told the rate is R420/day (R30 lower than mine) and unfortunately they didbt have a credit card.It is very unfortunate that this treatment and discrimination is still done so boldly and visibly.

Dont even concider this place at Cape Town international. Booked a car in a week advance of my arrival in Cape Town. Arriving at the front desk to be told my booking was never received and they dont have any cars available. Luckily bidvest could assist me. This is bad for a new company. Will not recommend this place to anyone
