Excellent hassle free service. Needed a quick car as mine had just broken down and towed to a garage. Ernest and team were great and super flexible on return dates as I didnt know how long it would take for my repair. Brought it back a day early and they refunded the day I didnt need! Great value. Just dont expect to get a BMW. if you want a posh hire car, then go to avis (or similar) and pay more than triple for the privilege.

Fast service didnt require a booking ahead of time... so good when you need a car urgently... Unfortunately I had a accident with the rental car (Not my fault), guided me through the process... handled the situation very well even taking me to the police station for accident report and waiting for me outside.... I lost my deposit which is in the Ts & Cs but they were kind enough to exclude some of the charges I had to pay... think they felt sorry for me.... Grateful for the great service!!!

The most pleasant experience renting a car I have ever had. Price was great with every detail explained very clearly. The owner answered e-mails and questions immediately and went out of his way to accommodate our special requests AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I wish all my car renting experiences would be as pleasant as this one. Flying into Cape Town South Africa this agency is off the airport grounds and thus offers tremendous savings.
