They deserve -5 stars. Cant even replace brakes on a bakkie in one day. After eventually replacing the brakes on day 2. They didnt tighten the bakkie wheel nuts or never put back the one nut, after 15 days one nut was just missing. Asanda rather looked for excuses than taking responsibility for their none existent service and endangering peoples lives. What a joke of a workshop!

Everything youd expect from a bussiness like that, Gerber gave me good service and i respect his honesty, they even waited for me after hours to pay and collect. Every bussiness in this country is suffering at the moment under Covid regulations, but they still put their customers first.

My husband ordered a part and they assured him it was ready for collection. Got to Barloworld at 8:15 the next day. Very friendly and keen to assist me. But unfortunately the part was not there. The part was at dispatch. They directed me there (i really dont know the area) ended up at Automark which is next to dispatch. The lady at Automark was terrible! Not helping me just saying: Parts? Parts? Our guy is on leave for 2 weeks. Go check up the road. Obviously I got a bit frustrated. Phoned Barloworld again and they spoke to reception at Automark. She had the audacity to say that she wanted to explain but i quickly jumped on my phone before she could assist me properly. Please please get your things in order!

This place is so pathetic. The reception service is bad. Trying to get hold of parts is a disgrace. Ive been trying from monday to get hold of a parts dpt. Thsts y i do business outside of my area just so i can deliver reliable service to my clients. And ive left several msgs. No feed back.This place might aswel close there doors. I have an automotive business in kuils river. And if this is how toyota does busniness then they dont need money. They just there for advertising and to hold up the toyota board. And take up property space. And the toyota down at hino also very sloppy. Dont have the drive to help and assist customers that pay there wages. Thank u ill b moving my business to Toyota N1 city instead. If there was place to give u a half star or none i wouldve. Thats the lowest rating i can giv right now.

Client of myself and Toyota was not in Cape Town. His son was involved in an accident drove the damage vehicle to toyota. Vehicle was left in front of entrance to service area. Owner contacted us for assistance seeing that it was accident related. The assistant at toyota tried to free the spare wheel. R943.00 later to attend to a wheel. There was some miss communication. Client is a loyal customer to Toyota...all the parts needed to fix accident damage was gonna be purchased from Zevenwaght toyota because vehicle is still under warranty......expected much mor leniency from toyota..........

If I could give no stars, it would be no stars, their service is pathetic and dont even have stock of spark-plug and my car needed to stay there for another whole day. Very disappointed, would not recommend them at all.

Nice service by the lady that was driving us back to our offices after dropping off our cars for service. She deserves a raise! Excellent service overall... 1 downer though is that the staff didnt know what to do with the disabled person that I am until the service decisions manger offered me a seat...

I called on Saturday and spoke to Chris in parts to order a starter assembly for my Hi-lux. Monday was a public holiday and on Tuesday I called 4 X times to confirm my part was ordered, no-one in parts was able to help me to confirm if the part was ordered. I left a message with reception at 13:14 on Tuesday and the lady promised I will receive a call back from parts. Nothing. I then drove to Toyota in Malmesbury after calling around this morning and they confirmed they had the part in stock AND offered to fit this for me there and there - at 16:00 on a Wednesday afternoon. I was deeply impressed - Kuilsrivier I now realize is too big to really care and I am beyond grateful I was forced to search elsewhere and discovered the team at Malmesbury Toyota and will be going there in the future even if out of my way.

I took my car there for service and there were almost 20 cars before mine but the service was completed in less than 3 hours, I am not convinced that my car was serviced and unfortunately there is ko way of checking that out.Deep down, I feel that nothing was done to my car. They never even asked if I need my tyres to be rotated, as that is a norm and I had to take my car to Hi-Q to have the tyres rotated and check alignment.

Very disappointed in the after sales services of Toyota and their service bookings. Its disappointing that they do not have parts available for the new model fortuners. Do half-work on your vehicle and then postpone your service till the next week for the other parts. Whats the use of booking the Van in for a service? Just waiting my time! And the body language of the Toyota staff was not very friendly when receiving the vehicle for service.

Brought vehicle in for service on a friday collected it the following Tuesday as arranged with service adviser. She tells me the car has been collected already on previous friday. Then they called the workshop to enquire about car, workshop guys say car not there. Then they went to check for keys in safe and found keys in there. Now the waiting game started. Finally the advisor says your car is in the yard I will bring it around the service lane, that was a good 12 minutes wait.

Communication is very poor...I literally had a bad day today with BW Toyota Kuilsriver. Following up on a 60000 kms interval service. Car was booked last week Thursday the 22nd for the 26th Feb. Car was dropped off at 7am 3rd or 4th in the line... phoned the Service Department to advice how far they are for collection later today as we leaving or clocking out at 15:30. Phoned them at around 12:30...was told they will phone me back...2nd attempt was just after 1pm. Service Consultant is on a line...cut off twice. Returned the call just before 3pm. No answer. So I decided to go and be dropped off by my Manager. They were still busy with the car. Only be ready by 5pm...on a 60000kms ? Really. Asked them what was or is the hold up delay with the car...all that was said to me...is that they are still busy. Poor poor poor

Best service ever , rendered by a young energetic lady called by the name of Viwe Sogwagwa .shes got all qualities of being in such business work places and Toyota will still attract lot of clients and customers with her in that front desk. Shes so welcoming ,always got a smile on her face , communicates changes of any service with her client, legit quick work ,treats customers fair and equally.shes really a good asset for Barloworld Toyota as a whole .Thumbs up to all Kuilsriver staff ,service department I call it (Ladys desk),car sales staff ,car parts sales dep , receptionist and payments department .they all friendly and so helpful .Ill forever recommend this branch .
