Love visiting old friends. This is how I feel about the staff at Dart. Always reasonable with their prices and good advice.

Had a lengthy, overall miserable experience with them. Bought a car - every problem I had they tried to pass off as you bought a 2nd hand car. No accountability or responsibility. They said one thing on the phone to me, and communicate something else to the boss or HR. Eventually had to cancel the deal, and they dragged it out for as long as possible, always claiming the person who is dealing with it is not available. Staff have zero customer care skills yet they are in the customer sales industry. Rude and aggressive over the phone, bullies when they dont get their way. Tries to intimidate the client into submission and silence. No information or communication from them, getting feedback is always a drawn-out process, and then you are lied to. A trip to hell would be more pleasant. Stay away.

Ive been dealing with them for more than 15 years and I can recommend them to anyone who are looking for a good deal on vehicles

Service poor, sales consultants careles they dont want to assist you as an client. I strongly recommend if you want to buy a car dont call this company they give you bad assistants. I need to phone on how far is my application,they say they let you know during the day,than its a day later. Poor

I honestly dont think these salesman wants to make money or commission. They are not helpful at all. You call in but not willing to answer your questions or seem interested in the business.really pathetic service.

Walked around the car lot with my wife looking for a new car and not a single salesman approached us. The cars are expensive with deposits, repayments and interest on the cars way too high.
