Not answering the phone. 09:40-09:47 (7min)Update: I sent a email via their website, and received answer straight from the spares division. 10-15min after email.Got what I needed in the end.But hope to fix the phone problem.So from 1 to a 3 star.

I had an awful experience. Just to give me a quote for the necessary job they took 10days and they charged me around R4000 for 4 hours job.It means their mechanic costs R1000/hour.As I experienced, it means the mechanic is more expensive than a surgeon (Mediclinic, Cape Town)The quote for the job was totally crazy and we would have to wait more than 6 weeks just to have the spare parts.We decided to tow somewhere else the car.The service advisor Pricilla Jackson was very unpolite as well.

Sooo you deleted a bad review about your staff that incompetent and disrespecting clients when they bring their vehicles in for issues, very UNprofessional conduct from you!!! I will surely take this further!!And my initial complaint, the zero willingness to sell parts due to your system and the so called salesman not really wanting to sell what is requested but to buy the part out of my pocket to test fit to see if it works, shameful.

Must be hands down the most incompetent dealership in the whole region. Three instances, and each of them terrible. I love Jeep but would stop buying them based on the utter incompetence and indifference of the service and parts department. Its like theyve never received training of any kind.
