I drive there all the way from the Northern suburbs of Cape Town to Rondebosch. The staff there are knowledgeable and passionate about customer service.

Unfortunately my experience in this store has taken a nose-dive recently. Sales staff and cashier seem to be severely lacking in friendliness, training, sales-etiquette and product knowledge. Very poor stock levels on certain sizes of clothing products. I have spent a lot in this store in the past, but wont be rushing back any time soon.

Huge shop..big selection...even sell crossbows!Only irritating thing are the car guards who just make it even harder to reverse!

Especially store manager Gary and Shihaam really went over and beyond to assist me when I came to purchase camping articles for my upcoming trip. After finding out that something was not 100% based on what was advised there was no problem and was offered to return and swap for what I wanted. Convenient, not in a busy shopping centre, in this time of covid 19, that works for me. And it is Outdoor Warehouse... what guy wouldnt love going there with a pocket full of cash!

I recently bought a tent from outdoor warehouse and I received excellent service and advice from Kingsley. I changed my mind as to the tent design I wanted and outdoor warehouse gave me a full refund ( I had not used the tent). As soon as I have decided exactly which tent to buy I will be back to get it from Kingsley at outdoor warehouse.

Staff are very friendly. The shop has a decent selection of products too.

Helpful, friendly staff. Not too crowded and good sanitizer available at the door.

Bad staff attitude. Especially lady at front door. Waited half hour to get to till to pay and was then informed cash only. For for R5ka! Had to get cash and zero help from staff. Just attitude!

Staff needs customer engagement training. Not one floor sales person even acknowledge us, they did have an excellent personal conversation going..

This is the place to go if you want a camping washing line. Believe me, because if youd ask the staff they wouldnt know. I bought one in April 2019 and when someone offered us assistance they said they dont have any but they actually have a whole display. I visited August 2020 and that same display is still up. Needing to replace the washing line I bought a year before, I headed straight there. Its like nothing had changed. Except all the stock left is dirty and the bags it comes in is torn now.I do, however, highly recommend this washing line which isnt available anywhere else. Its a pity staff seem disinterested and potentially not trained.

The store staff are all friendly when needing to assist you with a sale, but the after sale service is terrible, I’m still annoyed with the ordeal. Still waiting on a reply via email from the store, that explained my experiences, the inconvenience of returning to the store multiple times, with my purchase still not repaired after about 2 months.I eventually got my purchase repaired. But the experience was just terrible!

Good outdoor place just like all the others but just hard to find if your not using google maps, Staff reasonably friendly and leaves you alone that you can shop but always standing by if you need anything, wish more shops would follow there example but that is just me.

Routinely does not stock basic items. I inquired about a long standing discount program the cashier. He literally made a pushing away gesture with his hand toward me. Completely utterly unprofessional and rude. Go to another Outdoor Warehouse or a competitor.

Small store in Parklands but carries a fairly big range. Nice thing is u can then also let them source from other branches. Staff helpful and friendly.

All the camping goodies you need. A good selection of tents and other outdoor and campimg equipment (pots, pans, backpacks, sleeping bags, etc). A small selection of clothing that is very basic. Nothing specialist can be found here - and by this I mean climbing equipment, specific 4x4 camping equipment, etc.

Get all my camping and hiking tools at a convenient stop.
