Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s one of those shops I hardly drive by and will provide everything you need for any adventure. Recently, I returned an almost 2 year old National Luna Ice-maker and they sorted the issue out for me. Only suggestion I have is that they get their suppliers to carry the courier costs especially if the product is still under warrantee, and not making the customer pay for that.

I can recommend Outdoor Warehouse if you are looking for excellent service and advice on what is necessary for comfortable camping! They have a wide range of products to choose from...loved the morning spent there.

I had two sets of tent poles fixed. The service was excellent and the two young men who helped me were very friendly and helpful.

Orderd online a product and sum mix up came into the mix so waited much lobger than i should have but thanks to a gentelman he send it overnight for me that made or changed a bad situation into a good one

Very nice hardware store. Lots of variety including some plants. Rather disappointed with their gas refilling service. It took my husband over an hour to have our bottle refilled and they tried to make him pay twice. Before and after the refill. Wont make use of that particular function again. Also theyre a bit pricey in general.

Horrible service. Received broken equipment and as we live far away, we had to arrange transport to have the item exchanged. When receiving the replaced item, we found that not all parts were included leaving the item completely useless. Very disappointed.

Its a great store but some of the staff dont know a thing about customer service. We asked someone to assist us yesterday but he seemed to busy on his phone and walked away after answering one of the many questions we had.

Kyle and the lady at the entrance were very helpful. Went looking for camp chairs, 3 minutes later walked out with them. Great service and great bargains in store.

Stopped by to pick up last minute goodies for a week long camp. When youre camping in winter, temperatures can go down to very low especially in a tented camp and you need to be prepared. Staff members were very knowledgeable and attentive. Looked at every aspect to get me fully stocked even feather booties and foot warmers. Its a pleasure dealing with specialists especially when youre going to be far away from stores. Outdoor warehouse caters for just about any aspect of outdoor equipment and activities. Whereas my other favorite outdoor stores cater mostly for hiking and hiking gear. I found the Outdoor Warehouse catering for all the aspects of outdoor activities ie equipment and a huge selection of all that you need to ensure a well planned outdoor adventure. Cant wait to do that outdoor tented camp for a week in winter. I feel so much more prepared.

Outdoor warehouse has almost anything you can need for camping. A good selection of items from small camping things to tents and kayaks. If you like the outdoors (or gadgets), this is always worth a visit.

Service not that great.

Returned an unused unwanted item purchased before Christmas. Very accommodating ,credit was passed without issue. Well-stocked store, a little pricey, but one is likely to find what one is looking for.
