Hardly deserve a star! Customer service is horrible!! The manage at this store is plane out rude! I special ordered items and when it arrived they claim its not there fault they ordered the wrong stuff even though the product I received and my invoice is different! Wont see a single cent from me ever again! Also to add when I did my order I paid in full and on arrival to pick it up they wanted me to pay again. Took me 30 min to prove I had already paid. Prior to this i ordered a RSI canopy. When I got to the store for interrelation it was the wrong doors on it so I had to wait. Then when they installed it they did a horrible job as I had to take it back several times as it was leaking.

Disappointed in a few ways, not a great range of vehicle equipment and accessories on display. Maybe due to Covid...

If you spend R25k on a canopy youd expect the windows to be clean and the salesman to at least inspect the installation once done.Lots of expensive imported (Australian) camping gear. Our locally manufactured gear is as good of not better and cheaper.

Eben & his 4x4 Megaworld Somerset West Team produced excellent service with straight forwards openness & honesty on every occasion, the most recent of which was in conjunction with Mike Voss, Owner of RSI (Rock Solid Industries) and their Teams in Cape Town and Head Office to supply a brand NEW stainless steel canopy for my Land Cruiser Twin Cab due to a defect. Instead of the usual South African runaround, Eben of 4x4 Megaworld and Mike, owner of RSI, conducted themselves with the utmost integrity.

Not very efficient! Installed a roof rack but neglected to insert the rubber, which comes as standard, to stop any whistling. VERY ANNOYING. The lady at reception never greets you, smiles or even speaks!! Go to the Paarden Eiland branch, they are much friendlier.
