Its amazing and the smoothies are my favourite! Especially the vanilla chill! It tastes like vanilla ice cream. Would definitely recommend.

I love this place! Their peanut butter toast is still one of my favourites. The ladies are friendly, the food tastes like its made with love and theyre always happy vegan their offerings.

Sitting here with my children, we used to love coming to Osumo, now the smoothies are watery and tasteless, the salad ingredients aren’t fresh and the music is loud church music. We will not be back.The Sea Point branch is even worse, there the staff are also grumpy and the smoothies have big chunks of ice in them.

If you looking for a wheat grass shot or a smoothy this place has it all. They do vegan,spicy, chicken, salads, wraps or pitas so whatever you feeling for they have it. If you allergy to nuts or wheat they have options without that in it and the food is so yummy and healthy

I’ve always had a good experience at Sumo. I really like the goji blaze smoothie and the chicken mayo wrap. The service is quick and friendly and this is the healthiest fast food at the cavendish center. I recommend this sumo for people looking for a quick healthy bite.
