I always come here with my mother or friends We enjoy their variety of food for affordable price.Please dont laugh at your customers, something that I notice to be disrespectful. I asked if I could get more eggplant ( potatoes& eggplant curry) I was laughed at (for a long time) as if I said something funny. I am a regular here ( over 15 times!) and I did not expect that. Then when I went to pay,I said she can keep the change.... She laughed at me again....so rude!

Govindas is a awesome - I go for lunch at least once a week. Homey, tasty, consistent, yummy vegetarian fare. It’s a Hare Krisna spot and they share their calm and non-violent atmosphere with everyone. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re religious or not. Wonderful, quiet respite from the work day!

The atmosphere is highly conducive for ones well being....There is a powerful sense of feeling home at Govindas. The carrot cake is a divine treat too.

Have been there 3/4 weeks agovery reasonable however had atakeaway today and was charged R50No rice, only 2 veg (subji) R3 for1 chapati???? Rather expensive,was told by the young lady takeaway more expensive????Whilst I am.happy to supportI dont like being over chargedIts not always possible to sitdown to eat where I was toldits cheaper. The food is verytasty and enjoyable.
