Just love Vida. Its my go to every Tuesday, to have a oat pod and catch up on emails.The staff is aways helpful and friendly and the food is always fresh.

Coffee was excellent but R50 for a sandwich that has the thinnest slice of gherkin with pastrami and cheese, does even come too 1 mm in height even with all three stacked..... Hard pass from me... Not even bothering with their coffee in the future

Last week I bought a cappuccino at this Vida and I burnt my tastebuds off with the boiling hot milk! I had to ask for extra milk but then the cappuccino was so weak. I ended up leaving 3/4 of it on the table… today I thought I would try again. I ordered a double shot and asked that the milk not be too hot. I thought if I was specific it would help. It didn’t. I have lost my taste for another week, not from covid, but from 3rd degree burns on my tongue 😡😡😡 annoyed!

Had no flavour and the smallest strip of bacon, I was extremely disappointed by the store at Glengarry.

Generally enjoy grabbing a coffee and a sandwich here.My only complaint is the Order ahead system on the Vida app - not sure how it goes at other stores, but when we order ahead (as we did for 12:45 yesterday), the order is not ready when we arrive and they only started preparing it when my girlfriend showed them the code from the app. She also had to queue before doing so.That sort of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. When youre pressed for time on 15min lunch break, you end up having to throw half your coffee away because you were only left with 5min to eat and have your coffee. Ordering ahead for 12:45 means that you should be able to collect your sandwich and coffee upon presentation of the code at on arrival at 12:45 - at the moment Order ahead just means contactless payments...

Very nice coffee shop. Very clean, spacious. Has a sitdown aswell. Friendly staff, coffee brand very nice. Has some eats for sale, but does not cater for sugar free diets.

The staff and service are great, BUT (and its a big one), THE FLIES!Flies are coming into the store from the back door and sit on everything ! The cups, the food, the tables. NO screen door to keep them out, not one of those blue light buzzer things, nothing! Cant recommend going here in the summer month until something is done to address this problem.

Tried this new store out for the first time today. The staff are friendly and when you tip it gets announced and they applaud with gratitude. Very cute. Ill definitely be back

Friendly staff, very helpful with questions about their drinks, speedy service. Shop is lovely beautifully decorated and the music was not overwhelmingly loud. Will come back :)
