Its really sad to think that this is one of the last places that anyone would see on a trip to Cape Town. Food is below par and the service is terrible. I was really amazed at how arrogant and rude the staff were - in our case keeping us and another 15 people waiting more than 40 minutes to buy a takeaway premade sandwich. I would suggest you avoid this place if it wasnt the only food place inside the terminal.

Bring your own food. Dont even waste your time. Dirty tables not cleared. Lazy, rude, staff​ who would rather prepare napkins and cutlery than serve the massive backlog of waiting customers. Took 30 minutes before we even got a menu. Where is the management? Who is checking on this? Embarrassing as hell. How can this be called a café? Disgraceful. Would rather starve than come back.

If youre reading this then you are probably sitting here wanting to give the place a bad review. You are right to do so- this place is a joke. If only there was another place you could go. Unfortunately the South African send off is incompetence. The food is lame and the staff are worse. I only wish I could give this pit a zero rating. Honestly this is the worst establishment I have ever had the displeasure of having to throw money at.

Really terrible experience. Staff were slow and incompetent. Food was terrible. Such a pity this is the only Resturant/cafe in the international departures section. Its an embarrassment.

Had a shockingly poor experience at this cafe recently. Service(for 2 beers and a cappucino) took 15mins for the cold beverages to arrive, and we had to cancel the order for the cappucino due to having to go to our gate. Staff seemed generally apathetic and disinterested in serving patrons. Very disappointing level of service for for an establishment thats main market is the international visitor! Left a bad taste in the mouth and would not recommend.

Place is filthy, poor management. Do not support them

Already that it did not want but had to eat a piece. After 25 minutes wait a waitress informs me that the kitchen has closed. Pitiable!
