Worth a visit for good quality meat products. ...parking on a Saturday morning was tight in the dedicated parking area and at the service counter felt a bit ignored as waited about six minutes to be helped when a female offered to help me and with me being in mid sentence she walked off and helped the gentleman behind me without so much as a how do you do? Otherwise a worthwhile visit!

Website is super user friendly, Quick delivery. I have been buying online for some time now, and so far no issues. Its so convenient for me I dont have time during the week and weekends its full, dont always want to drive from Bellville. So I lovit!! Very happy. Customer service is amazing, the staff that delivers are also very nice.

Had an amazing experience at this Butchery. Clean, modern look and super helpful staff. Got these Super Cheese Burger Patties which is UNBELIEVABLE. Didnt shrink after cooking, is super juicy & delicious. Worth every cent. Check the huge pattie in the pic with cheese oozing out of it when cut. Couldnt close my burger roll 🤩 My dream burger pattie became a reality 🍔

Always visit the store when i need something but was surprised at the poor service from the Hot Food Counter yesterday. The assistant was more interetested in screaming and speaking to a colleague instead of taking my order. Had to repeat my order as she did not hear me and was suddenly upset at me repeating myself. Did not want to make a scene or raise an issue instore but needed to address this. WIll continue to support this trusted establishment

Quality quality quality amazing and friendly staff. Its just a 5 star butcher filled with 5 star products and 5 star people. If you are coming to good hope for 20 plus years you get use to quality. Other butchers seem ordinary. Good hope is an experience. This was the easiest review I have ever written. Stay blessed and keep up the good work.

The butcher is operating on a reputation long gone . The prices are exorbitant, probably the highest in Cape Town , better still in South Africa. . Their staff lie through their teeth at clients because I personally experienced this .Their baked / cooked products are awful. I sincerely belief that the management are living in a parallel universe. I wonder why they are still operating. Surely there are other better options close by . I strongly recommend that everybody gives this excuse for a butcher a wide berth .

This is really my go to butcher. Really good quality meat and poultry. Although they are not the cheapest butcher they are however not over priced and you do pay for the quality you get. Staff is always 0n point. Really friendly and helpful. They have a really big variety of everything you can think of.

We always conduct our meat shopping at Good Hope Meat Hyper, one does notice things like cleanliness, it seems like this butchery is not up to standard especially the machines where meat is being cut. One worker was cutting the lamb I purchased and another worker was busy with packing chicken mince on the side of the same machine that my meat was being cut on.

Alghamdulillah always a pleasurable experience.

I found 2 small bones in my mince, nearly injured my tooth was not impressed. I spoke to Mathew, hopefully they resolve the issue.

Riza and 2 other gentlemen behind the butchery counter were ever so helpful and polite. Friendly manners and they found for me the amount of oxtail I needed. Thank you GH Team!

It is a halaal meat hyper, very good meat and really good prices. We use it for our work functions for various reasons and never got any problems, you can do big orders in advance and they see that it is ready for collections when you arrive.
