Today i give you a 1 star..and it goes to the Cashier...As for the Cold Meats and Cake n Rolls Service...SucksI waited with 5 other people to be served ..15min + - 😳 i wanted R100 worth of shaved spice beef...she done it but sliced it as thick as door stoppers...i was very annoyed when i got home and saw it 😡Please Management sort this out...its extremely fustrating when a Regular customer is unhappy.Thanx.

Horrible service at the bakery.Customers have no courtesy as well. Cashiers- okay service. Shop is cramped. You guys should take some customer service from the new Kensington Spar as their service is excellent, they are well-mannered and courteous.

I went I to the Spar on Sunday the 15th. Shop was so cramped, no management on the floor to ensure the customers are adhering to the social distance. I purchased what I needed and took something that I needed but also wanted to know the price, but the barcode was not visible. So when I got to the till I told the Cashier if she could get the price as I would like to know the price before I purchase the particular item. Clearly did not listen to me so she scanned the item so I said its to expensive. So I said sorry I told you please get the price beforehand. So I said can you void it then. She then says do you know what void means to my utter disgust I come from retail all of 15 years. I gave her a mouthful thank goodness for a mask because seriously what an absolute cheek. She carries on to ask me what store and where. Now seriously is that your business, concern yourself with your job and be attentive to the task at hand. listen to your customer. Sorry Spar Kroomboom not the 1st disappointing experience.

Regardless time of day this tiny shop always bustles. Not once have I been in and not experiencing staff restocking shelves, fridges or dairy section. Cashier section always busy with the quickest, friendliest customer turn around time ive ever Ive experienced. I dont their secret in running a well oiled machine but they should patent their business operations and present it the other brands and opposition competitors. Well done, owners, management and staff. Keep it up

Very busy convenience store. Prices at times higher than elsewhere, but when you need it they will have it.Has a small bakery and in store butchery. Also sells fresh flowers and produce.Serves as a payment gateway for municipal bills, dstv and other.

Stupit security from malawi no manners to the customer and the dont put collect labe price on sheft in explace till no cashier l will never pass there and west my money with stupit staff the dont even greet customer

The shop was super stocked and easy enough and plentiful stock of the rewards products on the shelves unlike some other stores

Our go to for the 12 years we in the area. This Spar has unparalleled ready made halaal food on offer (for a supermarket). Best freshly baked crosaints on a Sunday. Not the biggest selection of items so it doesnt suffice for those bigger monthly shopping trips... great for everyday runs...oh and lovely staff, owners and service as well. Thank you.

Always a line to pay, however many tills but they on top of each other not much covid 19 space control at tills if there are two ppl together. They wipe and spray the tills after every person. Isle where the the cold products are is always filthy. Im sure they clean it but the floor is always dirty.

Always have stock of everything. Constantly have good store specials. When its busy they make sure the line falls away as quick as possible. The longest I stood in a queue was 10 minutes. They way better then checkers in my opinion. All there prices are visible on every item. Never have to run around asking for prices. Well done to the management and staff.

Bought rotisserie chickens for lunch with cold meats. Chicken was freshly done and tasty, staff are friendly service is always quick.

Very small and people does not observe social distancing. the staff are disinterested in this. No number of customers in the shop are controlled. The shop is untidy and everything is in disarray. Stock that are finished are not replenished and the stock stands in the aisles creating a traffic jam

This is a small Spar so while it might not have a wide selection as other Spars, I must say that the bakery is top notch! The cashiers I interacted with are friendly and efficient. This is a halaal Spar as well.

The best Spiced Beef (on a Sunday evening), it gets very busy and can feel a bit cramped. The complex is busy too, so finding a parking can be a challenge.
