The cashier is not trained in customer service and extremely rude, screamed and shouted and told me I should listen when I asked that she greet me and then left me at the till unattended. I feel that this is motivated by discrimination to my race by the way she screamed and shouted in Afrikaans knowing well that I spoke to her in English . She was very rude and the manager wasnt equipped to deal with the issue instead he took the side of the cashier without trying to resolve the situation he was hostile and unapologetic. I left without buying any of the goods I intended to buy. Pathetic service and I wouldnt recommend anyone to purchase from this retailer!

I went into the store today as I was curious about it and it amazing place to buy meat from extremely high quality I just wish there was halaal meat for me to purchase there as my butcher does not offer such excellent cuts lol I would definitely recommend this place. Just beautiful

I always buy biltong at your upmarket Buchery. Today I had an unpleasant experience with half the packet of fat. I asked for one piece of biltong, not to fat not to dry. She cut 3 different pieces from the rail. When we start to open the packet it was just fat and the rest was biltong. Your staff are friendly, but might be tired. We took the fat back and dont want any refund for it. We wish you the best for the future.

Used to come here a few times a week. Older lady that works here can be quite rude and she has turned me off of shopping here. Other than that the place is fine.

Such fresh meat, and at great prices. The biltong steak is a must try! Their Honey and Mustard Sosaties are a favorite. And their droëwors is cheaper than supermarkets, and by far better quality. So glad I found this place.

Yeah, thats a nice place! Biltong steak is the best, their dry sausage is a bit disappointing.
