Decided to go their first time to purchase some ostrich. The lady behind the till had finished with a customer but was chatting a way. I kindly said sorry do you have ostrich in stock. She replied while rolling her eyes at me as to what ostrich I want. I asked for ostrich steak, with eyes rolling and a huff in their air she walked to the fridges. I told her she does not need to roll her eyes at me so she decided to carry on talking to the lady. I stormed out and while telling her she is utterly rude and I dont need to take this kind of service. For this reason of absolutely disgusting service I will never support them ever in my life and will make people aware of the service they offer.

Great variety of fresh is game meats. Had some of the venison burgers with friends over the holidays and it was a smash hit. Have made three visits and the staff has always been friendly helpful and offered a variety of nice tenderloin and sirloins. I stopped bye today but was disappointed to see theyre closed until January 15. I have to go home to the states on January 8th lol

Beat game biltong we have had...bought Springok dry wors and Kudu biltong..so tasty and perfectly dried...also bought a very scarce piece of ( leg of Warthog ) wow iev been looking for so long and finally made it for my wife......Delish
