The cashiers need to change their attitude. I was utterly disgusted with the way your money market casher spoke to an elderly man requiring assistance. A beautiful store means nothing if this how your clients get treated. We are not doing you a favour by purchasing at your store. There are many unemployed people out there that would give anything to have a job, so they should learn to appreciate what they have.

If I could give a -5 I would do so, 3rd time that we have been there in 2months where we get home and are missing groceries... when you call you get bounced around between multiple people, and get told they cam see everything on the camera... why is it that multiple people have the same complaint yet its never the staff? It is not impossible to dupe a camera even if it is above the cashier... we will rather spend more money on petrol and go to another shop 👎🏼

Shoprite Bothasig Vryburger is the best supermarket Ive ever been, the staff is well trained and have very good manners, the manager is the best manager, he knows his job very well, I will always go to this cleanest shop, # keep up the good job and hope other supermarkets can serve just like you do

Shoprite stays the same. I buy tinned foods and sugar and flour and cleaning goods. But never fish or meat.

Not surprised that they have had a staff member test positive for COVID-19. The medirite staff arent always the friendliest or knowledgeable. One pharmacy staff member always has serious hygiene issues with very dirty nails. Store is generally clean but often there is a lingering bad meat smell. Prices are good and waiting time in queues are not always to bad.

Fair selection of shops. Lots of wheelchair parking, this great, but I did not see any marked moms and tots. That bit of extra space is so necessary when you load and unload the little ones.

Nice store for their target market. Quite a lot bigger than I thought it was. I wont buy fresh produce there, but for cleaning agents etc theyre good.

Well stocked store but I feel there is just something lacking to award the 5th star. I think the tellers could be trained a little better in how to interact with customers and not have long conversations with the packers while ignoring the customers

One of the most pleasant of the Shoprite stores to shop at. One of my biggest hates when shopping is when there are no prices on the shelves. In this store, every single item had a price, how refreshing.

Bothasig Mall is a terrible place to go if you have a baby or toddler, there are no facilities like moms-and-tots parking or CHANGING facilities. Be prepared to change your little ones diaper ON THE COLD, DIRTY FLOOR of the dirty toilets but only after youve managed to find a security guard to unlock the toilet for you.The mall is fine for others I guess but I would tell parents to rather find a mall that is baby and toddler friendly.I grew up in Bothasig and the deterioration of the so called Bothasig Mall is only getting worse and unfortunately for Wimpy, they too get a terrible rating from me! I might be nobody to you but I can assure you that there are other parents out there that feel the same way.

Its one of the smaller Shoprites but fulfills all the essentials. Staff vary from pleasant to downright rude.

Cant complain of service at Shoprite, but the Big Jack pepper steak pie I bought there was burnt on the top side. This was not the first time. Maybe you must bring it under their attention. I love their pies but the burnt ones taste not good.

This Shoprite is always clean with friendly staff who are always willing to help when needed. I love it, its my preferred grocery store.

Stock standard mall. The retailer store there is outdated and drags the mall down a notch. Shops are constantly going out of business there. A new wave of renovations is looking to modernise the mall but I doubt it will have the desired effect.

Its a cheap tasty looking place not really a center Shoprite staff is always to busy talking to each other with people having to line up to be served. One would think the customer was important but not here seldom greeted and the goods are not always the cheapest

This is a good centre to visit on your way home for bread, milk etc.

It is one of the better Shoprites to visit - Checkers even in Canal Walk has the tendency to have a meat or afval smell but they try to keep Bothasig clean the rest of the centre below average

I am no Shoprite fan, but this shop is well stocked. The manger might do well to teach the staff to be friendly and greet customers.

Visited the store yesterday and requested this item via the Medirite counter. Opened brown package when I got home and box seemed damaged. The bottle also did not have a foil seal like other medication. Just concerned that this product could have been tampered with and just sold to unsuspecting customers.

What can you say? Its shoprite in Bothasig. The outside area is terrible with so many people asking for money or harassing you. We have even had cleaners/security ask for money. We try avoid going there at all costs, basically now only go there to use the atms and to support the seenagers and other traders on market days. My son enjoyed a boerie roll from the stand outside build it. Other than that...nothing more to add.

Lovely shopping centre - there is a great balance of shops here - Chinese store, great independant Pharmacy and one inside Shoprite, a brand new Wimpy, Pep, a bottle store, a pub, Midas and a new BuildIT, to mention a few

Customer service is bad,and stock on shelves is not checked if properly seald half off pasta packs are open ,and asking for sigrettes at the till takes the packer 15min to get after she has completed her conversation with other staff member!
