If there was an option for zero stars Id have opted for that as even 1 star is too much for knights aluminum.After taking measurements and so forth a deposit was requested, this was paid in good faith until about 2 weeks prior to the last door and frame being fitted, I was called every few hours to urgently pay the balance as the owner needed money.Once they came to fit the new front doors and frames, the frame was about 40-50mm short, how this is possible I cant understand as they measured twice.They then installed, fitted the incorrect locking mechanism and also crack the wall/ knocked out quite a big piece of the Crete stone. One of the doors was not made 100% and there is now a tiny gap in the frame allowing for air to push through.Till today (2 months later) the owner does not answer my calls or replies to texts.No effort made to rectify an endless list of issues Im now having with these doors.Please let this be a eye opener for people seeking aluminum doors/frames.

Installed stacking doors when frame wasnt even 100% completed by builders, Dizzys experience clearly noted. They came back week later to check again if all still in place after builders done there work. Doors immaculate condition, Kirshnee service top notch and overall few months later very happy. Extremely unprofessional and poor workmanship.In February 2021 I contracted with the owner and ordered multiple windows, doors and frames.To date the job is incomplete after contacting him several times to rectify the problems with no success as calls are not answered nor any texts replied to.He requested full payment as i was told he is in need of funds to pay his rent.I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking aluminum doors or windows.I wish you well

Terrible service and poor installation. We had our wooden windows replaced with Aluminium and the way they were put in and left was a mess. The windows leak, theyre gaps where you can see daylight, not crimped correctly, rubbers are not fitted right, nor correctly sealed and most are not aligned. Dizzy on initial inspection was rude and obnoxious. We have now brought in another company at our own cost, less than 12 months after installation to fix all the issues.
