Ryan was excellent in following up and keeping me informed all the time on procurement of materials. I believe his solution to my leaking roof which I have been battling with for 4yrs. since renovating my house due to a construction error should be a thing of the past now.His team on site was courteous, well spoken, and knowledgeable. They were able to explain every step of the repair and besides the normal scuffle on the room almost did not know they were there.Well done team keep it up

It was a complete relief to meet Raymond and his various teams who assisted us several times.We had a leaking roof valley, situated where two roof sections met. It was very troublesome, resulting in water pouring inside, down a wall. Raymond took a belt and braces approach to ensure that the problem was comprehensively solved. There hasnt been even a drip since.The next project was our flat roof, with a peeling sub-standard surface. This also got the comprehensive treatment to ensure no leaks.After some other workmen damaged some roof tiles, Raymond arranged for these to be replaced or repaired.We really appreciated the care, technical expertise and professionalism of ARK, glad that our roofs are now trouble-free, and recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I applied for a job during covid knowing I did not have the roof waterproofing experience however I have been a Project Manager for the last 3 years which shows I have full potential to manage a team and learn any new skills.The answer I got from my application was No.I then responded with saying I think that the response was unprofessional and rude.The response I got wasIm glad I dont have to deal with someone who cannot even read and understand the required criteria for the position.I then respondedThe fact that you make time to type a message like that just shows me what type of human being you are.He then responded The fact that you can waste my time and not make an educated effort to read and not apply to the job advert says alot about what kind of human being you are.Base on that response alone I would never use or recommend this company should I require this type of service.

Was the most expensive but decided to pay for quality and service. Zero after sales support when the issues they repaired started again. Unprofessional and poor quality.

Seriously disappointed! I called 2 weeks or so ago to get someone to come out to quote on an industrial building. I was told someone would be in contact with me in the next day or two. I called today (2 weeks later) to find out whats happening.. to be told the REP is out of town and will only be back next week. He apparently is the only one that can do quotes. How does a company operate with no-one doing quote for 3 weeks. A call would have been nice.
