A bunch of thieves, that pretty much sums up my experience with this company. They were allocated by Outsurance during a fire at my house and they stole so much of our valuables.

Our house recently flooded and dry force has been nothing less than absolutely exceptional every step of the way. Their staff have been patient, caring, understanding and just fantastic from day one.We dont know how we would have done this without this amazing team!!Every call, every visit, everything was seemless.Dryforce is the best!

I dont think I have come across a more poorly run company than DryForce, I would rather spend a day speaking to Telkom… After over a month of keeping my units without any phone calls I started to call, and call and call. Always promised a call back and never got one back. Always told me that the warehouse manager is either not in, or didnt get a reply back, or still calling who ever they need to call. By far the worst company to deal with. Im now finding a new company to deal with.When my units needed to be dropped off because they were unrepairable (Took 1 month to find this out) they were delayed at dropping them off making reschedule 2 times. And collection was the same story...The service is horrible. However the ladies you speak to do seem nice, just not very responsive to call backs or to get stuff done.

No time management, where late on the day of delivery and did not arrive on the arranged time for pick up. Then i was aksed to wait an extra hour until they can arive. Never had such bad service from (a professional) company in my life the have more excuses than why they are late and why they cannot assist.

24/7??? They came out but were to return quickly with drying equipment and have gone silent - no phones answered, taken a huge amount of my carpets and were to collect the others which are vrotting - promised collection yesterday and also no sign of them and there 24/7 number is not attended.....

We had a burst pipe at Music Connection Jan Smuts Ave and found Dry Force on the net. They responded virtually immediately first thing in the morning, came out drained the swamp, left drying gear here..........what a great job!THEN we get a call offering us a complimentary carpet wash!This is service par excellence! THANK YOU Dry Force.

I was a previous Dry Force employee I resigned begin off March I worked my notice. Dry Force own me my overtime its about R3600 when I call the HR manager Mishqah Parker she is to busy to talk or not available I send Jill Johnson one of the owners messages and emails no response from them. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY.
