Laurence and his team were amazing. The quality of the work was outstanding. The team were so friendly, polite, trustworthy and always made sure the site was clean and tidy at end of each day. A great team that did a top quality job!

Laurence and his team have completed numerous projects for me over the past few years, from renovations to painting and cleaning work. They are always punctual, efficient and extremely trustworthy. The quality of their painting work cannot be equalled, in my opinion, and I recommend them most highly. Personable, perfectionistic and always clean up after their work. Their standards are impeccable.

Laurence and team have just completed a second huge job for us. After he renovated our sons wooden house in Glencairn so beautifully and efficiently, we decided his workmanship could not be paralleled by anyone. So we asked him to paint the interior of our house a few years ago. He never left a stone unturned; nothing was too much trouble. He is a true artist and restores, especially wood, to pristine condition. What struck us most was that he has a wonderful team, but is on site with them the whole time, checking, rechecking , mentoring and working alongside them. This,I would say, is his secret. He has just completed the exterior. Our house gleams, the roof and walls gutters doors and windows are all beautiful restored and fascia boards replaced. He is excellent with wood and manages to rub it right down so that the end result is even. I cannot begin to say how excellent Laurence and his teams work is. We will not need to paint for at least 15 years. Thank you so much. An extremely pleasant experience.

I would recommend Laurence and his team. He took the project personally and did everything possible to meet the deadline. I was very happy with the quality of their workmanship and would certainly use them again.

Lawrence is multi-skilled and able to deliver on-time and on budget. Ive lived in FH for 15 years and have finally found a contractor Ive saved in my contacts list.

Biggest mistake I have made using this man. Paid in full even before the job was finished, including for materials, and he took days to address the snags plus I paid a deposit for an extra day for work out of scope which wasn’t done and payment was still demanded. He turned on a dime and made a huge scene at my home and became physically intimidating and verbally aggressive towards me! He spent almost an entire day away from site when snags where supposed to be addressed (which he claims he worked) and talks so much it’s difficult to get anything done or a word in edgewise. I would avoid using him. Sadly his wonderful team will suffer as a result of his awful and unprofessional behaviour. I am still picking my jaw up off the ground from the horrible experience earlier.

Laurence has completed four large projects at our home in Barling Crescent, Fish Hoek. Right from our first telephonic interaction, Laurence provided the confidence and professionalism we needed to know that our home was in good hands. The whole exterior and interior of the house, including the roof, were painted over 5 years ago, and look like they were completed yesterday. The kitchen was gutted and fully renovated, the lounge was redone from scratch, including an amazing cladded wall and wood stove. The upstairs of the house was redone, including some tricky cornices! Every project was planned, managed and executed in a professional manner, and Laurence ensures that his magnetic personality and attention to detail make one a repeat customer!
