Great experience with Brackenfell Flooring Solutions, They quickly responded to an online query and came out to do a free assessment on the room I wanted laminate flooring in. I opted out of the screed as I thought the tiles would be level enough, however once the installer arrived and tried laying down a few boards we found it was not at all level. Not a problem! they went out to get screed and had it done the same day, two days later back for the flooring and finished! Very reasonable pricing and great workmanship and finishing! will definitely come back in future!

Brackenfell Flooring Solutions installed my finyl floor, and in less then a month, the vinyl starts coming loose. They simply glued the vinyl to wet screed and never even tested if the screed was dry. This is a huge disappointment, considering the money I had to pay. If you want a quality vinyl floor installation, look elsewhere.

Being a lady with very minimal knowledge regarding laminating floors..i eventually drove from Cape Town city center to Branckenfell flooring solutions where i was received with almost respect and professionism.I ended up making my decision on the spot and purchasing all the materials needed. WHAT AN AWESOME SERVICE AND BUDGET FRENDLY I EXPERIENCED.

Unfortunately I was one of the unlucky clients. My floor was done twice by Flooring Solutions after an inspector that was recommended by them also found alot wrong with the installation. Know they have to do it for a 3rd time but they making promises to fix the problem. Know they dont answer my calls.

I couldnt believe my eyes when I walked into the premises, not a single employee of colour behind the counter. Definitely not reflecting the demographics of the region. There is a need for change.

What amazing service! Pierre and Benson , and their team, went out of their way to help us when we relocated to our new home from Pretoria. We made a mistake with the colour of the blinds, they fixed at no cost. We put in tiles and the bathroom blind no longer fitted in the window. They fixed it for us at no charge. But most importantly, they cared about our home and were as thrilled as we were with the brand new floors - beautifully fitted by an efficient and totally professional team. This is the most incompetent people Ive ever dealt with. The service you get from these people is pathetic. never trust a company that wants full payment before they start the job, its nearly a year and im still trying to get my blinds from them.They double up the measurements to make extra money and when the blinds arrive you notice that its half the size you paid for. They send out people to install that doesnt know how to read a spirit level. Blinds are installed skew or broken, takes them 5 months to get new blinds and when it returns its too short. Dont expect any after service from this place. Even the blinds i bought at game was better quality and much better service.
