Ordered gas, went to collect, they didnt have my canister. Gave it to someone else. Went to collect for the third time. Staff should be better trained on the admin side and they promised to call and didnt.

Not only is most of the staff untrained, some dont even know what I am talking about. It is clearly that most dont even have an technical knowledge of what they selling. I wanted electric cable, the girls nails was so long, she expected me to carry the wire to where it should be cut. Their stock is very limited for a builders warehouse, they are equal to a build it.

Not enough service. Understaffed. NO STAFF TO BE EVEN SEEN ON SOME DAYS BESIDES THE CASHIER AND THE MAN AT THE DOOR. Every single time I walk out there reminding myself why I should even stop there. I will drive the 5km extra and pay the extra cash. Just to at least walk out with what I came to buy. For those that did not experience my frustration. Your fair share will still come. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO PULL FINGER

I am a small contractor with a big need for quick and efficient service. This place delivers! My only complaint is that the yard is quite cramped (hence my one star deduction) and the staff in the yard dont manage the flow well. Management need to step up in this area.

I ordered building material and was promised it will be delieverd the next day.The next day come along and wala no building materials delivered. At 17h000 the same day I called up the Building counter staff. He said he dont even know that my stuff was not delivered.Well he promised to call me back in a jeppy. Meaning a minute.Well I dont know what a minute means to Build it staff.15 minutes went by and U know what!.Well I sent my workers home and had to pay them for the day.Still no delivery...RegardsJV - Milnerton

I wouldnt recommend anyone to ever buy any cupboard wood from them..They gave me dirty and chipped cupboard boards..Then telling me I must clean it..Since when does a person buy something new from a store having to go home and clean it!! This comes the manager!!They unprofessional..!! A week went and they told me they redo it then the following week I was told they dont have the correct cutter..Id rather go somewhere else to receive better service then this!!!

A black guy to help on buying board and having it cut to size.. I was told I have to fill in a form for a quote..and some one will get back to me...its been almost 2 weeks .and am still waiting.Good service built it..
