I have repeatedly attempted to buy bathroom supplies (toilets, basins, taps and baths) to fit 4 new bathrooms in our house, and repeatedly I get told that there are no sales people available to chat to me, and that someone will call me back, which they never ever do. I absolutely do not recommend the Strand branch and suggest they employ more staff if theyre too busy to follow up on sales enquiries.
