My vehicles clutch gave in and the agents did not have my clutch in stock. Fortunately for me Imperial clutch and brake was able to recondition my failed clutch and my car was driving the same day. Excellent customer service and my vehicle is still driving perfectly thanks to Imperial clutch and brake.

BAD Service...i wish i could attached my invoices which amounts to R3100. vehicle is in a good condition and never has missed its annual service, if so Opel Reeds would have informed me if there was something wrong with the vehicle. i took my vehicle up to 5 times back to B&C in Nov and Dec 2018 and every time they identified something different to be replaced. .At one stage my brakes failed completely and I almost drove into the car in front of me. they surely didnt care about my life that was at risk. Up until today my brakes is still not OK and i can expect it fail anytime soon. Please people take my word, as it is clear from the reviews that im not the only one encountering this problem.

The worst service Ive ever experience in my life. I called several times to follow up on my car and the manager just said he is busy I must wait. My insurance suggested the place, they refused to send my insurance documents to get claim processed.If you want to have no idea what is happening with you car use this place. Also this guys has no respect for women.

Bad service. Went there 5 times to correct the same problem within 3 week. On all occasions they never called to say the vehicle was ready.Once vehicle came back, we found all our tools were stolen out out of the locked compartment in the bakkie. Will never go back there and Will not recommend this place to anyone.

I send my car there recommend from Toyota in college Rd. There was a sound coming from right front wheel Everytime it gets warm but cold its ok. They say its my disc which was replaced 4 months ago. It went ahead. Month later same problem. Went again this time it was my brakes, taking they are the experts,went ahead. Two months later same problem. This time it just needs a clean. Three days later same problem and R3500 poory the problem is still there. Would not recommend going there , owner nice but workmanship bad as hell. The problem was actually the bearing and hub.
