I arrived st Tonnessen Motors Plumstead. It was 10am Tuesday 16 August 2021. I was immediately approached by a worker. I explained that my ABS light is on. He asked me to pull in the bay and also guided me on. The workers immediately started to hoisted my Yaris, took off the wheels and checked the front and rear brakes. I then received two quotations for two front disks, front pads and 2 lower control arm bushes . This was for labour and material

Good Service. I was quoted one price. I dropped my vehicle off and they kindly dropped me off back at work. They agreed to allow me to pay via EFT sending them a proof of payment via email. I forgot to make a payment when I left, but then I got a call from them to actually tell me that the quote was too high and that the job would actually cost me less. Good service. I would recommend them to sort out your Control Arm Bushings.

Helpful sales lady at the front desk who knew her stuff. Gave me a time that my vehicle would be ready by and it actually was ready at that time. They even called to let me know. That doesnt seem to be happening that often these days. Good Job
