What an exceptional experience. I came in on Saturday to get my breaks looked at. I was also needing a service and just enquired about a qoute for that. They were lovely enough to get my brakes and car serviced in 3 hours. It was so convenient and they even dropped me off at home and fetched me so I could collect my car. They are friendly, professional and well-priced. Definitely 5-star service.

Great Service! Found them after I was told I had to replace my clutch and brakes and it would cost an obscene amount of money. They found that my clutch was perfectly fine and that only the breaks needed to be replaced. I got my car back in a day and paid way less than I was originally quote somewhere else (almost 80% less actually).

We took our work van to Brake Super Service yesterday for new brakes. It was very important to have our delivery vehicle back as soon as possible. The owner and staff made every effort to accommodate us and we were back on the road in an incredibly short space of time.

Ive had troubles with my brakes for such a long time, going from one mechanic to another only to have them not fix it properly. I came to these guys and they sorted me right out. They even dropped & fetched me from work and tried to keep things as inconvenient as possible for me by making the effort not to keep my car in overnight. Really good work and amazing customer service!

Over the years as a driver I have become used to defensive, sometimes patronising behavior towards me, an old, white-haired, female customer. This place is different. The owners and mechanics were courteous and interactive, showing me what needed attention on my vehicle. There was no waiting or come back tomorrow, lady. The repair work explanation was simple and made easy for this granny to comprehend. The pricing is fair. Excellent coffee was supplied and, In my opinion, It was as good a garage experience as it gets.
