These guys have moved workshop since i last used them but still gave absolutely fantastic service. They managed to source a part for my beloved old cannonade and she is better than ever. Found them on Google maps this morning as I was riding to work and my back tire failed. They were helpful and put on a new tubeless tire in less than 30 minutes. I was really impressed with their service levels!

BMC has some of the most experienced bike mechanics in town, so I like to go there to get advice. They wont charge you unnecessarily, and they are welcoming when you want to do the fixing yourself. They can also modify your bike.

Getting your bicycles back rusty and dusty AFTER paying for a cleaning / rust service- er no! And getting told they couldnt attach the bike rack- If you want top quality services skip this place and head to Woodstock Cycles who offer an amazing cleaning service with a smile, cheaper and they managed to attach the bike rack!

Seriously poor service. Over priced and I ended up having to redo most of the work Id paid for. Paid for a clean and there was still dirt under the bike. No interest in giving a good service or even getting parts they dont have in stock is an uphill battle. I should have gone to Woodstock Cycles in the first place. Avoid!
