Very impressed with the professional and honest advice I got from Stoke. Will definitely be taking my bike here in the future for all its services. Sorted out my creaking and poor shifting drivetrain, noisy brakes and I now have a dropper post that comes up so quickly I must be careful it doesnt throw me over the handlebar! Im, err, stoked!

Fantastic place, Andrew and Andrew are great, super friendly, and helpful. They made me feel like my bike was being looked after by one of my trusted buddy who knows what he is doing, although I have never met them before.

Had both shox on my full sus serviced. Felt costing was acceptable. Pity the rear cannot be repaired (wear - discontinued Fox unit). Bike beautifully clean after.

So I have a 2009 Giant Trance which was totally broken with regards to the suspension. Funnily enough if it wasnt for Andrews expertise I never would have known! The bike was fully rebuilt and serviced, at a decent rate I might add, and rides like a dream now. I also learnt from the experience and am more knowledgeable about MTB suspension. They also recommended an app for tracking suspension wear which is brilliant!
