I had my nails done ( gellish) on the 14th of Aug. Today is the 28th of August. The pictures included, within 10 days, this is what my nails looks like. The feedback after phoning the branch, sorry we only guarantee gellish for 7 days.Do not use Sorbet if you want quality or value for money.

Went for a massage and it was amazing. Staff is friendly, but the only complaint I have is to make the rooms soundproof. I could hear the staff outside and the shop music, trying to listen to the music the lady was playing in the room to help me relax while giving me a massage.

Had a manicure and medi-pedicure with Phumeza. Professional and efficient service. I felt pampered and love my new nail colour. Will definitely visit again and ask for her. 👍🏾

No - one does gelish better and long lasting than Sorbet. Salon is neat and well run. Therapist are lovely.

Clean, hygenic and friendly staff. Mall houts apply so you can easily pop in for a quick treatment after work during the week. Perfect spot for some valuable me-time. Located at the Dis-Chem entrance, be sure to park as close as poosible to this entrance, otherwise you will clock some steps on your step counter walking to it (like I did when I had just moved here - hehe).

Lady who did my nails was great but Sorbet needs to ensure that clients dont leave before their nails are dry. You cant even pay the ticket without smudging.

Was there yesterday, and I can honestly say that this is the worst shop in Somerser Mall. The customer service is horrendous. You get better customer care from the ladies behind the till at Pick and Pay.Very unprofessional sales ladies. No smile and a very unfriendly demeanour.I would not suggest anyone to go there for anything. You can get the same treatments and products anywhere else in the same mall.Ive never written a bad review before, but the treatment I received was a disgrace.I would give no star, but they dont allow me to.

I asked for gel overlay and got acrylic. I went on Monday and by Wednesday my nails were totally different colour and my acrylic nails started lifting. I was in so much pain. I was asked by them to fix my nails but refused. After a week my nails looked terrible. I will never return to Sorbet Somerset Mall. I paid R550 for poor quality and for something I did not ask for! I then went and got it soaked off by someone else and I am in love! Overpriced most definitely!

The ladies were very helpful in opening a store rewards card for me. They also fit me in sooner in the week, which was a bonus. The aromatic massage is fantastic and really a great stress relief. Although it would be nice if they asked where they could focus their massage.

Priscilla is an absolute star... I have been waxing for many years now and it is not often that you get someone that is so efficient and thorough... loved her company!

When going to do my nails, I like to go to someone professional, proud and perfectionistic in their craft. I can recommend Zimasa at Sorbet Somerset Mall. She listens to what you want and makes that dream come true. She is patient and courteous. Even though shes a bit of a drive for me, I will remain a regular. The ladies can all learn from her.

My nails were filed so callously that my fingers bled several times. Cramped space that feels more like a sweat shop than a salon. Technicians had very limited knowledge. Just wasnt a pleasant experience

Wax left on my legs and everywhere else. Sticky mess. Also lots of hair left behind. Therapist was friendly but slap dash like the mani and pedi afterwards. All in all low standard of service delivery. Nail trchnicians very unprofesional.

This review is way over-due, but it’s much needed. I had phoned in for a nail appointment for my 21st. Unfortunately, I was about 10min late which I understand can be of inconvenience. However, it was clearly obvious that upon my arrival, the booking had been mixed up and they had not been expecting me. As there was confusion & the manager was called. But to cover that up, they turn me away on the claims that I was 10min late. To make up for the situation they claim was my fault, they made an appointment for me in Stellenbosch for the same day. I had to drive all the way there, only to find out that my appointment time was made wrong. It was really frustrating but stellies sorbet were kind enough to make provision for me unlike somerset. And the girl who did my nails, did gel-ish, was really nice, did it within less than 30min & my nails look great (when the somerset branch said it would take me an 1 hour and it would go into other people’s appointments? Made no sense).

Good and fast service.. everything you expect from a beauty salon.
